Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Centre Ville, Aix-en-Provence

Madame Annie Laty ist super sympa! Sie war auch sehr unkompliziert und kinderfreundlich. Sie hat uns sehr familiär empfangen und war sehr gut erreichbar für Tips und Hilfe. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen mit einem wunderschön gepflegten Garten. Der Pool-Bereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Lage ist toll, ruhig und doch nahe zu allem; auch zum Meer fährt man nur 40 Minuten. Wir freuen uns, Frau Latys Haus in Zukunft wieder mal zu besuchen.

Michelle est très accueillante et le logement était exceptionnel par rapport au prix ! Grand, accessible, au calme absolu. Vraiment si vous êtes de passage vers Lambesc, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren extrem aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass alles mit viel Leidenschaft betrieben wird. Es war schön zwischendurch Besuch von den beiden Katzen der Gastgeber zu bekommen. Auf dem Areal befindet sich ebenfalls ein gut erzogener Hund, welcher sich jedoch nur rund um das Haus der Gastgeber aufhielt. Alles in allem können wir das Haus allen weiterempfehlen, welche auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Plätzchen sind. Ein Fahrzeug sollte man jedoch auf jedenfall dabei haben.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans le logement de Laure. Hôte réactif et arrangeante sur les horaires. Je recommande le logement et nous reviendrons très certainement.

La dependance si trova in una bellissima villa nel cuore della bellissima, coloratissima e profumatissima Provenza. Anne è una host fantastica, sempre disponibile, gentile e accogliente. Siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo.

We were a family of 10 including two young children, Sylvain’s property worked perfectly for this, allowing my daughter and her family the freedom of the annexe whilst the rest of the family were in the main house. The garden was a huge bonus for us with young boys who wanted to play ball games and run around it was perfect. Not forgetting the large pool which was where we spent most of our days as it was very hot! The area is very peaceful and yet a bus stop at the end of the road takes you into Aix-en-Provence within minutes for about a euro each. The property is very well equipped for everything really and if we needed anything Sylvain responded almost immediately. Thoroughly recommend!

This apartment in Aix en Provence was nothing short of amazing. It is located across a beautiful park and centrally located to be able to walk to everything that Aix has to offer. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It is huge with four amazing terraces. Phillipe was probably one of the best hosts we have ever had in an Airbnb. He was extremely receptive and kept checking on us to make sure everything was good. He worked so hard to ensure that we had a great time in Aix and suggested many options for us. We were lucky because he let us check out late on our last day so that we could go to the market, which by the way is amazing as well. We had one small problem with the garage door and Philip was there within 10 to 15 minutes to help and had his neighbor help until he arrived. If you are looking for a place in Aix this is definitely the place for you. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for the amazing service, suggestions & maps in Aix Phillipe!

L’alloggio è piccolo ma accogliente e confortevole, ben arredato e accessoriato. La strada è molto silenziosa e tranquilla. L’appartamento ha un grazioso cortiletto interno fantastico per aperitivi, leggere, rilassarsi. È comodo per il centro, raggiungibile in 5-10 minuti a piedi. L’unica nota negativa (che è non è strettamente relativa all’appartamento) è la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio. In zona ci sono solo parcheggi a pagamento (25€ al giorno) e una volta non abbiamo trovato posto nemmeno lì. La città d’altra parte è incantevole, vivace, piena di bei negozi e ristoranti.

Un appartement magnifique, sans aucun doute mon endroit préféré à Aix-en-Provence où je viens régulièrement pour le travail. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne, et j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner ! Véronique est une hôte exceptionnelle : à l'écoute, toujours disponible et très compréhensive. Merci encore pour cette expérience parfaite !

Amazing apartment and the view is breathtaking! Attention to details! Thank you! Be warned about the parking. Plan ahead and park in a longterm parking. Downtown parkings are often full!!!

Lise's house is amazing, in the middle of the town and the terrace, WOW! She is super responsive and goes a mile out of her way to make the stay the best. Be careful of the stairs but else, PERFECT!

Great place, would stay again. Despite a central location, it was very quiet at night with comfy beds. Pros: - great location, near our favorite restaurant for the trip (Licandro) - the outdoor patio was perfect and we would book for this alone if in Aix again; perfect private area for snacks, a bottle of wine after day of sightseeing - washer and dryer are separate devices which worked well - kitchen, shower areas, living room were nicely decorated - great deal Cons: - up several flights without lift; we only had carry on bags but would have been tough if had large, checked bags - had 2 bathrooms, but only one toilet; fine for our family of 3 but would have been difficult if 2 families traveling together or more ppl Make sure to stay for the market on Saturday, a highlight of our trip.

Vous n'allez pas regretter votre réservation, l'appartement est extrêmement bien situé bien rangé, propre et il y a TOUT ce dont vous avez besoin. L'appartement est en plus Kids friendly. Sylvain est vraiment un super hôte, il nous a accueilli, fait le tour de l'appartement, donné de recommandations et resté disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Logement très bien situé dans Aix, centre ville accessible à pied. Très joli marché le samedi matin à ne pas manquer. Appartement rénové, propre, confortable. Petite cour extérieure appréciée. Literie de qualité. A recommander aux voyageurs !

Peaceful stay in a beautiful location with a wonderful host We had a fantastic 2-day stay at Laurence’s place in Vauvenargues. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by nature—it was the perfect base for hiking and exploring nearby areas, including a lovely lake. Bus 140 made it easy to get to Aix-en-Provence and nearby village, so we didn’t feel the need for a car. Laurence is an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and always ready to help if needed. She made us feel completely at home. We truly enjoyed the calm, the comfort, and the adventure. Would definitely love to return.

Fabulous place in Aix, it was an easy 8-10mins drive to the centre, very quiet with very peaceful surroundings, cozy bed linen, superb private terrace, fabulous bathroom and very easy parking. Marianne was very helpful with instructions before we arrived, great local recommendations as well as a special route towards Cassis that the GPS would not have followed otherwise. Great location and hosting!

très joli appartement très bien situé, dans une résidence sécurisée, très propre et joliment décoré. très fonctionnel. Décoration chaleureuse avec de jolies couleurs pastel et matière en bois, sans être surchargée. on apprécie la grande terrasse et la luminosité des pièces. la localisation est top, proche de tout, y compris des voies rapides. Alice est très réactive et agréable. merci!

J’ai été ravie du logement, il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition; l’appartement est propre et lumineux. L’hôte est très aimable, compréhensif et disponible. Je recommande vivement et je n’hésiterai pas à revenir si besoin.
