Vacation rentals with breakfast in Centre Ville, Aix-en-Provence

What a beautiful home, close to the center of Aix en Provence. The house had a lovely kitchen, comfortable beds and linens - all the amenities you could need. There was a/c in the bedrooms (very helpful in the hot French summers!). The pool was perfect and much needed to keep cool on hot days. You could walk i to town through a lovely park across the street. Catherine was a kind and responsive host. Merci beaucoup! A la prochaine!

Marine attaches great importance to respect and kindness in exchanges with hosts, you will be housed in her little family cocoon. The house is functional and beautifully decorated, ideal for a family where everything is available. the outdoors offers a relaxing moment for everyone.

Great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped, and as described. The location is perfect for exploring the region. Our host was very welcoming, available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend and will not hesitate to return the next time I visit!

We loved our stay with Guillaume and Florence. Despite a last-minute change of listing due to a problem. We were relocated near Marseille. The place was clean, well located with good parking. But the most important thing is the support we've received from our hosts. The house is very nicely located in the area. We enjoyed the time around the house with the diverse outdoor spaces, the boule court and the pool.

We had a really nice stay at this apartment in Aix-en-Provence. The apartment perfectly reflects the photos: furnished with new furniture, very clean and well organized. Nothing was really missing for cooking, which made everything even more convenient. Private parking, accessible with a code, was a great added value: safe and practical. The surrounding environment was also very pleasant, with friendly and respectful neighbors. Special thanks to the hosts, who were extremely kind and helpful at all times. We felt welcomed and at ease from day one. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Aix-en-Provence with the peace of mind of feeling at home! Jennifer and Fabien are really nice and helpful!

Beautiful apartment located in the heart of Aix, close to all activities (markets, historical centers, restaurants, shops etc.). It is super well equipped and very quiet. We didn't want for anything and can just recommend it.

Great choice for couples or family staying in Aix. Isabelle was lovely and helpful at check in / check out. She left us a bottle of wine, some eggs, coffee, jam, milk, butter and pickles to start our 4 days in Aix. Apartment had great bed and linens. We also had laundry detergent pods to do laundry. Note if you aren’t familiar with European Eco washers - realize it will take awhile (3 to 6 hours depending on settings you choose) to do your laundry and dry it. (Also be sure to ask Isabelle about the French stove top and oven if you are not familiar. )The water pressure and temperature was perfect in the shower. Having parking is a bonus in Aix. If you have a larger car that doesn’t fit in Stephan’s spot, you may be lucky like we were to park on the street where the military academy is ( right down the street 5 mins from apartment) Many restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed Poivre de Ane (a 15-18 min walk) We would definitely choose Stephan’s place again.

Claudie is a phenomenal host. In the house you will find everything you need and more. Claudie was very helpful and kind, giving us directions to the surroundings and places to visit. The house is equipped with every comfort, from personal care products to kitchen products that allow you to feel at home. Claudie was so kind as to have the fridge full for us including a bottle of wine and jams she made herself. The last treat was the thermal water on the bed. The only flaw is the very noisy air conditioner to be kept on during the night, but walking around the city we saw that they all use the same air conditioning system. Thank you very much Claudie, you made our experience perfect in Aix en Provence 🩵

What a wonderful time we had at Véronique and Jeff's place! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. We were helped with the luggage and we were offered a drink that we drank together with the hosts. We got a lot of advice on what to do nearby and nice places to eat. Furthermore, we greatly enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the cozy conversations. All in all 2 very friendly people with a beautiful bnb! We enjoyed :)

A nice, cozy place to stay. A magnificent view from the bedroom to the castle where Picasso spent his last years. A really picturesque village with very good connections to Aix-en-Provence. And a very friendly, nice, generous hostess with whom I quickly got along well. Overall: Clear recommendation!!!

Louisia is a charming person, very accommodating, helpful. They make you feel at ease. Spacious and very quiet park-side room. I had a great time at Louisia's, which I would recommend.
