LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Such a great location. Easy to park. Great Metro access. Tons to do in the neighborhood and beyond! Very quiet for sleeping. And tons of space!

My group enjoyed staying at Mary and Tony's very much. They did a great job of communicating with us and ensuring we had all info prior to arriving. The rooms were as pictured and described, very clean and fit our needs. One room only has a curtain around it so as long as whoever stays there is okay without a door and comfortable, not an issue. All in all, we had a great time, explored the neighborhood and had delicious meals around the house, but also it was very easy to get to other areas from where we were. Thanks again!

Logement très bien placé, métro à proximité et autres commodités. Les hôtes sont très agréables et arrangeants, l’appartement est fonctionnel est confortable, accueillant avec une jolie déco ! Rien à redire, j’ai passé un séjour très agréable !

We'd return to Frank's place in a heartbeat! Close to all the shops, restaurants and things we like, a great kitchen/shower/bed, plus a super friendly host = perfect stay. Keep an eye out for parking rules if that applies to you, and highly recommend using your feet and Metro once you're settled.

Carli was informative and always got back to us right away with any questions we had. She was a consummate host! The only issue we had was a little bit noisy at night time for our kids who had a hard time falling asleep. But the flipside of that is it’s a really fun neighborhood with a lot going on! We would definitely book with Carli again!

Séjour confortable. Cuisine bien équipée (ensemble à fondue, cocotte, cafetière, etc.) Près du mont Mégantic. Communication facile avec l'hôtesse. Bonne pression d'eau dans la douche et suffisamment d'eau chaude. Appartement très propre.

Très beau logement avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un beau weekend. Le seul point serait le divan qui est très peu comfortable, mais néanmoins, ça n’a en rien altéré l’expérience générale qui était super! Je recommande 100000%

We came to Montreal for my 35th birthday and loved our stay at Stanzia. The house was exactly like the listing, extremely clean and the hosts were great. Extremely responsive. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Street parking was available to us through an app and was affordable, there were also a lot of garages around. The only thing that I’d like to note is there is a water pump in the main bathroom that made a loud noise whenever you used the water. Apparently it’s totally normal but it caught me off guard. Other than that, we’d absolutely stay again!

Le logement est vraiment sympa, la décoration est soignée, on se sent rapidement chez soi, les lits sont confortables, moi qui aime cuisiner il y a tout même au delà de mes espérances, le quartier est calme et tout est faisable à pied restaurant, cafés, friperies, supermarché, la rue mont Royal pas loin. j'ai apprécié ce séjour que je recommande fortement

Sandie was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. I’ve stayed in several Montreal Airbnb’s and this is a great value and interesting location. I’d happily return to Sandie’s place on a future trip.

I spent 5days at Lily's and those days were very peaceful... the place itself is lovely, very clean and on top of that Lily is very caring, nice and proactive... I liked the fact that she would check on me and see how things were going. I'd recommend this place... and it will now be going forward the spot I stay when I come to Montreal! Charlotte la veille nous a indiqué les derniers renseignements nécessaires. Le logement etait impeccable, grand, spacieux avec tout le necessaire. A 5 mn d’une grande surface ou gentiment Charlotte nous a conduits. Nous avons apprécié sa disponibilite et sa gentillesse. Si je reviens, et je l’espere, c’est l’une des personnes vers laquelle je me tournerai.

Great place to stay that's in the thick of a number of great restaurants and cafes. The loft is spacious, well-appointed and clean.

Nous avons passé une semaine sans aucun souci. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien situé (quartier calme). Le stationnement est gratuit dans les rues environnantes et nous n'avons jamais eu aucune difficulté pour trouver une place. De bons restaurants sont accessibles à pied à moins de 10 mn à la ronde. Concernant l'hôte, Vicky est d'une grande amabilité, disponible et réactive. Nous avons dû prolonger notre séjour et Vicky a été très réactive pour nous permettre de rester quelques jours de plus. Au top.

Great location close to lively street yet on a quiet side street.

Bel emplacement pour un travailleur ou un couple. Tout se fait à pied, restos, bars et attractions. C'est un emplacement très tranquille et tout près du fleuve. La stationnement est à 3 minutes de marche.

Appartement très bien situé. Tout s'y trouve afin que vous passiez un bon séjour. Charlene est réactive en cas de demande.

Well located nearby Le Massif and Baie St-Paul. Nice view of the St-Lawrence when not cloudy!

Notre séjour chez Steve était tout simplement ce que nous avions besoin. Un parfait mélange entre les avantages de la ville et la proximité du plein air ! et que dire du magnifique chalet en bois rond ! un endroit parfait pour relaxer et se reconnecter à la nature! Nous y reviendrons certainement !

Our group enjoyed Hélène’s place for our 1-night getaway! Nicely appointed & great location to the cute walkable town of Bromont. Only recco that I have if possible would be a small sign on the back door of the building where it was recommended to enter. Like “Bromont Lodge Entrance” or something similar. While it is the only door, it appeared to lead to a medi-spa, so we were confused:) Once we stepped inside all other instructions were crystal clear! Would love to check out another of Hélène’s places again!

This was one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at- so clean, quiet, and extremely well stocked! Patrice and Martine we very responsive and all instructions were very clear. The house manual made making coffee, etc. a breeze. There was a blizzard forecasted for what was supposed to be our last day, and Martine helped us to arrange a last minute plan to stay another day. So helpful, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to get snowed in! The bath tub was a highlight! I would highly recommend this place.

Rien de mieux qu’une baignade dans un jacuzzi après 4h de route pour ensuite ce laisser balancer dans une chaise suspendu dans lair je conseille à tout le monde qui recherche du calme et un moment de relaxation
