Peaceful and central accommodation with a garden as your own oasis. City center and central station reachable in 5 min, beach in 12 min by bicycle. Only 15 minutes to Näset, 25 minutes to Falsterbo and Malmö. The house is 135 sqm incl. basement floor with sauna, billiards and relaxation. One bedroom (family bed and 2 sofa beds that are made into double beds). A bathroom and a toilet. Pool April-October. During the summer, guests are also responsible for basic maintenance of the garden, swimming pool, and watering the flowers. The house cat, Chilli, is present.

From the bedroom, through a narrow corridor (not for wheelchairs), into the kitchen area where there is a small dining area with a kitchen sofa. Kitchen with sink (water), microwave, fridge and freestanding hot plate. Outside the bedroom, a pergola with seating area/dining area. Outside the guest house, a large green space with soccer goals. 500 meters to the sea with sandy beach. 600 meters to Gislöv's harbor with Stetti café & bistro.

We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

You are welcome to enjoy the garden and you have free parking on the street. Since it is an old house you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbours.

NOTE: The house is 24 sqm, has a double bed of 180 cm and a sofa bed of 140 cm. The house is ideal for 2 people but it is possible to accommodate 4 people. There is a separate bathroom with shower and a simple kitchen.
