I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Lois & Dave's Sandy Beach House Loft! My partner and I spent our Christmas holidays in the Loft, and we couldn't have dreamed of a better spot for a more magical trip! We could tell from the moment we walked in that our hosts had gone above and beyond by the welcoming lights of the Christmas tree and decor, a welcome basket of goodies, and a personalized note. The Loft was well equipped with everything you could think of - drip coffee machine, Keurig, toaster oven/air fryer, blender, kettle, all cookware & utensils. The king size bed was extremely comfy with equally as comfy & warm blankets. The hot tub was absolutely perfect - easy to use & re/cover. My favorite moments at the Loft were spending the early mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean from the front room windows. You just can't beat that view! A big thank-you to Lois & Dave. This cozy retreat, nestled close to the ocean, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere was truly relaxing. One of my favorite moments was taking a bath while listening to the soothing sound of rain tapping on the steel roof—it created such a serene ambiance. The cottage was well-equipped and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, with the ocean just a stone's throw away. I enjoyed long walks along the beach and soaking in the stunning coastal views. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring my stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings, this cottage in Baccaro is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Me and my wife were looking for a place to stay and this place caught our eye a beautiful spot with a nice fenced in yard and tons of nature surrounding the house it’s very peaceful and great for any nature lover I’d highly recommend loved it here and would happily come again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at “Eagle’s Rest”. This air Bnb is very cozy, well decorated”, clean, child friendly and well equipped to have a “home away from home” kind of experience. It was great to have a kitchen with everything needed to cook in! It was nice to have the added touch of coffee and tea in the morning as well some games and toys for our children to play with. Christa is a very friendly host and provided everything we asked for like a pack and play and high chair for baby. The ocean view is beautiful and there’s a small beach to enjoy! I would definitely recommend this vacation spot for a restful getaway!

Our family of six adults really enjoyed this beautiful, well-appointed house — particularly the location. This new home has incredible views and we spent considerable time enjoying the wildlife that came into the cove. The hot tub, sauna, croquet set, and kayaks were really special added bonuses of which we took advantage. The house had everything we needed in regard to linens, kitchen items, and entertainment. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was very private and peaceful — we didn’t see another person save some friendly waves from passing boats. We drove about 25 minutes for a dinner in Shelburne and visited Digby (2 hours away) and Mahone Bay (~1.5 hours away) while we were there, but also — because of the beautiful setting — ended up spending more time at the house than originally intended. Highly recommend!

Great accommodation, well appointed has everything you need and more. Very comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. We would definitely recommend and stay again as well.

We had a wonderful stay in Clark's Harbour. So much to do and very serene. Jorge provided almost everything needed. The cottage was VERY comfortable. A great place to relax. We visited as much as we could from Yarmouth to Shelburne. Hawk Beach is just breathtaking. It is huge, clean, very few people, and the water was so blue! I have a passion for lighthouses so we visited as many as we could. My dog was very happy too. So glad Jorge's is pet friendly. Barrington has all the stores you need. Everyone was very friendly. We loved the wild life, deer in the yard, crows having their meeting on the fence posts, seagulls everywhere and beautiful great blue herons! We just loved this little place. One of my favourite things was the teeny tiny lamp on the window sill by the couch - it was so adorable. Thank you for the beautiful painted rock. It is now with my beach rocks around my lighthouse out front at home. To be able to see the bay out the front and the waves out back!

Eko was very accommodating in accepting a one-day rental from us at the last minute, as our travel plans had changed suddenly. We thought that the rental was an exceptional value, as it was within 35 minutes of the Yarmouth ferry, but out in the country.
