Family-friendly vacation rentals in Central Vietnam

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstly, the host Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person than picture, mark my words

Wooden house has a soul. It's personal, well situated, nice gardens in front and in back of the house. Safe, beautiful, hss all you need for also a longer stay. Small restaurants and cafes close, also other services like massage or tailor in the neighborhood. And Tuyen is so friendly and helpful host! Anything we needed he helped, and more. I warmly recommend Wooden house and Hoi An to people, who want to stay in a smaller town. All is close for the house bikes to reach: city center, beaches, restaurants, gym, the rice fields, all Vietnam! Best of all is to get lost in the neighborhoods small streets and meet the warm friendliness of the people. Vietnam is something special!

We felt as at home away from home. Nice house, provided rooms were good size and well suited for our 5 people group. Quynh let us stay longer before our travel that was great as our son was sick. Clean. Breakfast is tasty.

They're so kind, and they bring you what's lacking right away. I bought breakfast from outside I also needed ice, but you bought it for me. I don't speak English, but I turned on the Vietnamese translator and responded diligently The accommodation looked a little worn, and there were lizards or ants outside, but it was okay when the door was closed, and the view was pretty, but it was a little... unfortunate because it was constructed in front of it. There are also 6 rooms, and in Korea, this amount seems to be about a million won. Anyway, overall, it was good.

This was one of the best places we have stayed mainly because the staff were so lovely to us. The village has lots of excellent restaurants. All only round the corner. Best we enjoyed with kids were The Beach Village, Rustic House, Moms kitchen, Minhs kitchen, Little tailors two doors away recommended. I’m sure there a many more places we didn’t get a chance to also enjoy. Na-Huy restaurant was our fave. Lam and her team made us delicious breakfasts and had lots of tips for our stay. Lam accommodated our request for bikes and even found a smaller bike for our son. The villa itself is situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and was really comfortable and private. Very clean with comfy beds. Mosquito nets over four poster beds came it really handy but we didn’t see any mosquitoes in the villa. Just liked them! The pool is great. The kids loved it. We especially enjoyed sitting by it at night after Lam’s staff put the garden lights on. The beach is a short walk away from the villa.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

A wonderful experience living with the locals, like the locals, in this atmospheric apartment overlooking Dam market. Cosy, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water and towels. A water dispenser, tea, coffee, oil, all basic cooking ingredients are available . We were initially hesitant about booking after early morning noise was mentioned in some reviews, but for our group of three, it really wasn’t an issue and we all slept well. The market is lively and vibrant and we loved mingling in the hustle and bustle; a truly authentic experience which we would not have wanted to miss! The apartment and location exceeded our expectations, as did our wonderful, caring host, Tony. Present on arrival and departure to help with luggage, checking in on us and always responsive to our requests. We had a great welcome and immediately felt at home. Our best Airbnb experience in Vietnam, we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Tony for this unforgettable stay.

We had a great time at Fin's. Fin was very responsive to inquiries and Rany was the perfect host. She packed a great breakfast for us for our sunrise visit to Angkor as well as umbrellas as sun protection. She also arranged lunch for us in an hour after a tiring morning at Angkor. The dining area is a very relaxing. This facility can fit a group of 8 easily. Our tuk tuk drivers did have a hard time finding the place. Rany also arranges tuk-tuks to old market/pub st and back if you need them. Would love to stay here if we are back again in Siem Reap.

Quite possibly the nicest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. A solid, well made, well designed home with beveled windows, rough hewn marble sinks, heavy wood…..maid service, beach towels….bug free! Linh the manager responded within minutes to the few issues that ever came up. Only downside is I wasn’t aware that I’d have to walk an entire minute to the beach….;) Really a lovely home and a great experience.

The place is beautiful and the room was spotless and clean, the staff were super helpful. However it is a little further away from everything but luckily you can rent scooters from them !!

I've traveled a lot in Southeast Asia, but this was my first time in Vietnam. After staying at the resort, this is an accommodation where I wanted to rest quietly as a family in a place with a private pool. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a massage or a light schedule in the city about 1-2 times a day. To be honest, the property's facilities are “Wow!” compared to Airbnb pool homes in other Southeast Asia. It's not enough to do it. Every basic room has a bathroom, a simple kitchen for cooking, and an air conditioner in each room-it's well-equipped and tidy, but nothing special. And you can hear the occasional open sound from next door with a karaoke machine. The lady is very good at calling it, but you have a little bit of a pitch. Fortunately, it doesn't happen often, and I think it was about an hour or two. But there are advantages to covering all these shortcomings. 1. So friendly service They actively help you, starting with food delivery, and charging taxis every 4-8 hours. I was impressed that you really tried to accommodate your needs as much as possible. (Please note that the tip culture is quite natural in Vietnam.) 2. Delicious breakfast that changes every day Even my parents, who were worried about Vietnamese food, said every morning, "What is today?" It fit so well and delicious that you waited. They prepare meals every day with a variety of menus, which was also a great pleasure. Overall, the facilities are mediocre, but it was a memorable accommodation with service and care. It is recommended for those who want to stay quietly and heal as a family.

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

I really enjoyed this place! I think this is the best location if you want to feel the holiday atmosphere! As the view is just incredible! Notification is also nice for getting everything shops restaurants, cafés! So I would really recommend that. In the apartment, you may find any that you may need all kitchen equipment) air condition works well! Thank you for staying!

Great stay - Super comfy bed and great shower! Air con was always perfect temp and the staff at the hotel were really helpful and attentive, beach just over the road and amazing infinity pool with a beautiful sunrise if you can get up early enough! Overall a great stay, thank you :)

Cozy house, Chi was very friendly and responsive!

We were a group of five friends who came to celebrate Christmas. The house is spacious, cozy, and welcoming. The housekeeper greeted us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. It was an amazing experience. We came during a quiet period with no tourists, which made the atmosphere even more peaceful and enjoyable. Maggie was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with any issues we encountered. For those who enjoy it, there’s a karaoke setup, which added to the fun. The location isn't as clear as it seems in the app, so it's a good idea to stay in touch with Maggie when getting close to the area. Additionally, Maggie allowed us to check in earlier and check out later, as the train from the area departs late, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the kitchen was slightly unclean, but it was easy to take care of. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!
