Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. While it’s close to the city of Lucerne and major tourist attractions such as Engelberg / Mount Titlis, Pilatus and Rigi, the little village of Wirzweli is hidden on a mountain plateau in the middle of the Swiss Alps. The road is offers only limited access during winter months by car. Access all year long by cable car.

Neuenkirch lies smack in the middle of Switzerland. We are based just outside the village and enjoy a gorgeous view of mountains, lush fields and cows. Pure Swissness! The picturesque town of Lucerne is 15 minutes away and you can drive to Interlaken, Bern, Zürich or Basel within an hour. You can get to Engelberg with its spectacular Mount Titlis in 45 minutes, not to mention a number of other major attractions. We are happy to point you in the right direction, should you need any help!

Sleeping in a barrel Relax on our farm in the cozy barrel. In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

Chalet Bärenegg: a small pearl on Lake Thun

At the foot of Pilate, in the Eigenhal, is the Schiltalp at 1,040 m above sea level. The homely, modernly furnished chalet is located directly on the hiking trail to the Krienseregg. Our guesthouse is next to our farm. It's in the countryside but only a 10-minute-drive away from Lucerne city. You've got a wonderful view of the mountain Rigi and mount Pilatus. It's a new and modern apartment with only one room and a lovely gallery. So it's an ideal place to stay for a couple or a small family (no separate bedroom!). In the bathroom there's a bathtub and a shower. You've got a good equipped kitchen.

Bee House in a dreamlike location

Our Bee House leaves nothing to be desired. It has a new bathroom with shower/toilet and a free-standing bathtub, a living room with a Scandinavian wood stove, a minibar, a Nespresso machine and a sleeping gallery. It is particularly suited for young people who appreciate calm spaces und nature. If the climb up to the gallery is too difficult, there is a comfortable sofa bed available downstairs.

Glamping Nature Lodge Gadestatt

Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail.
