Welcome to our 2 bedroom house built in 2024 which has stunning lake, forest and mountain views from the large deck. We have a new luxurious Super King bed in bedroom 1 a Queen bed. 20 minute walk to the lake. Five min drive to Wanaka township, (Wanaka Tree) and plenty of parking. Air conditioning and/or heat pump. The bathroom with separate toilet both with underfloor heating. Big lounge and full kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer and bar fridge, microwave, induction cooktop and oven.

Cozy Pen Bay Guest Suite

The space is a self contained 2-bedroom and 1 bathroom guest suite on the ground floor level of our home. Access is via a separate ranch slider door. 4 rooms are exclusively available to you including 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and supplied linen. There is a coffee station with a small fridge, water kettle, toaster, microwave and basic crockery to enable use of these appliances and to prepare basic meals. From your patio and bedroom windows are gorgeous garden and mountain views.

This is a self contained room attached to a family house (also for rent for larger groups) which its own separate entrance. There is also access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.
