It's near the Lake Dunstan cycle trail, the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Roxburgh Trail. Five minutes to Alexandra or Clyde. One hour’s drive to Queenstown. Enjoy the outdoor space, nearby vineyards and orchards, and local cafes. Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Our cosy cottage is nestled amongst the vines at the home of Wild Irishman Vineyard. It offers 2 spacious bdrms w Queen beds & w/robes. Situated only 4mins drive to both Clyde & Alexandra, you're just moments to the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Dunstan trail among others. After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony. Your well behaved dog is welcome too!

Situated around 10 km south of Roxburgh, in the heart of the Teviot Valley famous for its fruit production, 5km from the Clutha cycle trail, surrounded by the epic Central Otago hillscapes. There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.
