I had the pleasure of staying for 3 months in Refki's apartment and the experience was really excellent. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well furnished, with everything you need to immediately feel at home. The area is quiet but well connected, perfect for both working and relaxing. Refki was a helpful host, kind and attentive to every need. She responded quickly to any questions or requests and made the stay even more enjoyable with her hospitality. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a medium-long stay in a comfortable and well managed environment.

Was happy staying in Kurnia’s place. Equipped with everything you need. Kurnia communicated very well and fast. Checkin and checkout very easy.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. We stayed at kak Lidwina’s place for an entire week, and she was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed help. The place was clean, spacious, with a lot of amenities. Definitely would stay here again the next time we visit Jakarta 😊

We booked a 2.5 week long stay at this place and it was well worth the price. Apartment’s interior looks a bit older than expected, but the spacious living room and kitchen is a standout compared to most Jakarta apartments. 2 convenient stores on the ground floor for easy last minute items. Convenient location and easy to get around :)

This house is exactly as described. Rafi is a very nice person. He responds to everything very promptly. Once my bathroom got locked, he sent the keys immediately and this is very close to grand Indonesia. All facilities are available in the society. Value for money!

Kak Yulia’s place has a view to the JIS (Jakarta International Stadium) its adorable. Spacious and clean rooms, wifi works great, air con working properly. Owner is friendly and responsive. Recommended to stay for an event at JIS 👍🏼

Comfy and clean place, great location and very helpful host

I really like that place, stayed here for the 3rd time. Apartment has perfect size for 1-2 persons. The building has a big rooftop area in 7 floor... and is in the city center. You have small Indomaret and a cafe for working in the condo. Only the gym is not so well equipped, but didn't stopped me from staying for couple of weeks. Jan is always responsive. btw. drinking water is provided. :)

I had a wonderful stay at this place, The place itself was lovely, but what really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I accidentally missed the check-out instructions and ended up leaving an hour late, but she was so understanding and helpful, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy to find hosts who are as thoughtful and considerate as she is. If you’re looking for a place with a warm atmosphere and a host who genuinely cares, I can’t recommend this spot enough. Thank you for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable!
