Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Eine typische Wohnung die man in einer Millionen-Metropole erwartet. In einem Hochhaus, doch alles mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt alles was man braucht.

Had a great stay! Paska was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment itself is really stylish and comfortable. Best part - it’s connected to the mall, so it only took a couple of minutes to grab food. Super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

- It is a beautiful apartment, clean and cool inside, with a nice pool. The concierge and security personnel were helpful, and I felt safe inside the apartment complex. The host responds quickly - within 2 minutes. - Check-in: I missed a message asking me to give my arrival time, so I just came there without notice - I'm too used to self-check-in in many other AirBnB places. The host needed to send their assistant to pass us the elevator keys and the apartment entry code, which took about 40 mins. I'd prefer if the concierge kept the elevator keys and the door code was given to me via the AirBnB. - The location is fine - we came to Jakarta to visit the US Embassy which is located within a 20-minute walk from the property. Despite its central location, don't expect to have a nice walk to a restaurant wearing your Louis Vuitton purse - the area around is very poor - call taxi. - 5gal drinking water bottle - Bad unreliable wi-fi, unusable in the primary bedroom - Needed more towels

The existing facility is a bit old-fashioned, but well-cleaned and enough to utilised daily. One of the cabinets in the kitchen was filled with welcome food and daily consumables beside the clean table wares. Several barrels and 2 boxes of drinking water were ready to use as well. The cabinet in the toilet was filled with new bathroom items like soap, toothbrush/paste, and toilet rolls/facial tissues. The owner of this room is a very friendly reliable multilingual person with a quick response. In case of an additional request or issue from the lessee, he tried to give me quick feedback with a solution. The owner always tries to bring the lessee a comfortable life as much as possible.

Stayed for 10 days. Enjoyed the view and location.

It was very clean to stay there, but the weakness is didn’t have a compor for to make noodle instan. But ist okay, it was good to stay and the location very strategic

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Had great almost 2 months stay at puri orchard apartment! My host were Justin and it was a such blessing having him live on the property-he were available pretty much 24/7 to help, if needed. The positives: -Great property! Clean and so spacious. -The facilities within in the property such as laundry, restaurants, Alfamart, Family mart, even Pharmacy. -The extremely kind and helpful host. -Value for money when you are staying over a few weeks.

Each tower has its own security officer which is very friendly and helpful. The facilities like gym, tennis court and swimming pool are awesome! Check in and check out process was very easy. Amenities are quite ok but if you need anything there's a walking distance minimart in the other tower. I also like the balcony where you can chill and have a magnificent city light view at night. Definitely will recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a short or even long stay.

First of all, Rainy is a polite, friendly and a responsive host. The apartment itself was well deco-red and the utilities were worked well with our long stay (11 night). My family and I were comfortable and our expectations have been met. The place was clean and odourless and provided comfort for myself and my young child. When I arrived, she turned on the aircon so the place was cool. She even provided us a small dinner, which I was grateful for, since we were arriving at night time. Her instructions were clear and it was lovely to stay at her place. Would consider staying again.

The room is very comfy and full of needed facility. Affordable stay for 4 persons to squeeze in. We are 3 person, 1 person on the sofa bed is comfortable enough. They have familymart, kopi kenangan, canteen, and shipping expedition nearby the building. Check in was very easy. We didn’t make it to the pool but i bet that will be perfect to tru while staying with family. Afril is a very informative person, thay for the place!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay because of the renovation but I stayed nearby for a month and this is a great location. one of the best places to stay in Jakarta. Definitely. Look here first when i'm coming back and great communication

One of the best and stunning places that I have ever visited for many reasons: 1- luxurious and spacious. 2- near everything you may need. 3- best view of the city. 4- the host is very friendly and responsive. the experience was amazing and it will not be my last visit. 🙏🏻

Our stay (5D4N) was good, unit was clean, everything was working. Bed, linen n bathrooms were all clean & good. Location was also central n we had a good view/skyline of Jakarta City. The stay was quite lovely & the unit is very private with only 2 units sharing a lift. Thank you❤️
