We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Near the lake Velence (5 min. by car/15-20 min. on foot) is our holiday home. It is ideal for 6-7 persons. For children swing, sandbox in the garden. 5 minutes from us there is a large soccer field to play football. The cottage consists of the following areas: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. Enjoy the fresh air and relax

Relax all around the year! If you are not here for the busy and overcrowded downtown feeling, look further no more. I grew up here and would like to share my life as it was: happy family moments shared with friends. This place is perfect to spend couple of days to weeks for family reunion in a calm and relaxed surroundings. The area is cut by a massive forest from the center so the air quality is perfect, you will be disturbed by birds and squirrels most likely:)

Totally great. A fantastic view. Completely private. Even our car was locked in a private shade place! I've never been anywhere so private. The host speaks English. Fine beds, shower and washing machine. The detergent also smelled wonderful. Really an amazing stay. Multiple outdoor seating, a torch to chase mosquitoes away, air conditioning, super ordinary.

Great house with lots of amenities in quiet area about 40 minutes to Budapest. We stayed in off-season so lots of things nearby closed but not a problem. Zsolt is a very gracious host, he actually met us to show us around and he was very quick to answer questions and to help out. Thanks so much for a great stay!

It was huge, very well equipped, cozy and cozy, perfect for larger groups of friends because of the plenty of beds, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the large communal spaces and that all three levels represented a different vibe and that because of their redundancy, anyone could go to sleep at any time or do other things without disturbing the others.

The family was very warm and inviting, very open to help with any situation. Upon our arrival they were there to welcome us and even recommended some restaurants nearby, fitting our specific needs. The house was well equipped and we had independence, nonetheless the family was close by incase we needed anything. Overall a great experience, and would definitely come back if we ever visit Budapest again!
