Vacation rentals with a home theater in Central Department

The apartment was really comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. It was a pleasure to sit in the outdoor garden, a quiet and pleasant space to relax. Thanks to the apartment's location, near the main entrance, I could easily receive food orders through the app directly through the gate, without having to leave the building, which was very convenient. I also want to highlight the large and comfortable rest area on the roof of the building, ideal for spending time or working outdoors. For me, a great added value was the laundry: although it is shared, it is free, which makes this place perfect for longer stays as well. I had some minor issues, but I was able to easily resolve them with the host, who reacted quickly and was very kind at all times. Excellent communication and service. Thank you for everything!

Good facilities such as a swimming pool and a coworking area. It was simple, we arrived and Abraham looked after us beautifully at the reception. The people in charge of the apartment responded quickly to every request we had. The views of Asunción from the apartment are magnificent. In short, a very good experience that I recommend.

Raquel was communicated with us the whole time pending and recommending great options in the area. Access to downtown SanBer is quick and easy, the truth is that everything was fabulous: comfort, cleanliness, attention, location. Without a doubt it will be our first option for upcoming visits and we recommend it 100%!
