great condo in a great neighborhood. there's a brewery next door and many good restaurants. we loved having the king sized bed. the condo is in excellent condition and everything works. the balcony is great and the place is well stocked up with cooking supplies and coffee machine. the hosts responded immediately and we're very kind. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts

We really liked this apartment. Its huge and right by the super market. In a sense there are 3 rooms. The walk-in closet is as big as many bedroom. My wife used it as an office. The is a nice place to stay.

We loved the apartment, it was spacious, modern and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Rentu's agents are very friendly and respond quickly, they are attentive to providing good service.

There were 3 of us and we felt super comfortable. The apartment is practically new and the views are lovely. It is well equipped and there is a 24-hour security guard. The rooms only have double beds, we wanted one with two small beds but it was not possible, so Beatriz put together a small folding bed that we did not use because the double beds were really very comfortable, we had no problem sharing the bed between two people. We always communicated with Beatriz by messages and although we did not meet her, she was very friendly and gave us information about the neighborhood. We definitely recommend it and would go again.

My stay at Mauro's place was comfortable. The neighborhood is a quiet and tranquil residential area that felt safe to walk and explore around the area. There are grocery stores within walking distance or a short Uber. The apparement itself felt like home right away. The apparment has a modern feel while still being warm and comfortable. The layout of the apparment utilizes the space perfectly and had the most equipped kitchen of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Asunción. The adado on the balcony was also a nice treat. The staff are welcoming and warm. They always were wanting to lend a hand during my stay and are friendly people.

This is a pretty comfortable apartment. Location is very good, I went to 'Shopping del Sol' multiple times on foot (8 minutes walking distance). The people working for the building are extremely nice and helpful. I recommend 100% staying at this place.

I have to go to San Lorenzo, Asuncion few times a year to see family and Jose’s house is been a blessing for me for location and confort. I felt just like home. Thank you Jose for your hospitality and for sure I’ll see you guys again in my next trip.

Beautiful and bright apartment. Lots of facilities at the complex for a fit lifestyle. We have had a nice time!

After many lodgings in Asunción, this is certainly the best of all, his furniture is of great quality, mattress, TV etc ... as usually the rental apartments no one is usually spent on that kind of thing.

Everything was perfect. I certainly like to stay again if I visit Asuncion. Strongly recommend !

The Airbnb far exceeded my expectations of what the pictures provide on this listing & I strongly encourage it will do the same for others in the future who book this listing. About Guillermo… incredible host. He was available to answer any of my questions at anytime of the day, including late night & early morning. He showed he not only cares about his Airbnb, but more-so cares about the people that stay in his vicinity. He was able to answer every question I had. I would have loved to stay in this beautiful apartment for longer. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, you will enjoy a relaxing sleep here after touring the city. The water in the shower is strong and hot. This building has beautiful views of the city and we enjoyed viewing the sunrise from the rooftop. We also appreciate the secure parking. If you are a terrible planner Nicolas has you covered with recommendations for what to see and where to eat. There was plenty of sites and markets to walk to, we would definitely stay here next time we are in Asunción

I had an incredible stay at this Yasmin Airbnb! The place was spotless, safe, and fully equipped with everything I needed. Its location, just 12 minutes from the mall, was super convenient. Yasmin was amazing—so responsive and attentive, making the entire experience seamless. On top of that, she is an awesome realtor, which was a bonus! Highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

The apartment is centrally located and accessible to local sites that allow you to know and enjoy the local culture of Paraguay. The host was always accessible and the building staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it for business travel. We would definitely return.

Fer is a super friendly person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's a lot to do. We regret not taking more advantage of our stay.
