Dejlig lille lejlighed, med lille køkken og stue i et, eget badeværelse, soveværelse og egen indgang, dog er trappen lidt stejl. Parkering på gratis P plads ca 250 m fra huset, Man må også holde på vejen, lige forbi huset, ved den lange hæk 300 m til fjorden tæt på centrum af Ringkøbing købstad, med den hyggelige indre by med det smukke gamle torv, de små gader med de fine gamle huse, havnen med masser af liv. Der er kun 10 km til søndervig med Vesterhavet og masser af byliv.

Ca 8 km fra Grenå i smukke omgivelser kører man op ad Linde Alléen og blir mødt af forskellige dyr. Gennem porten kommer man ind i en lukket gård med paradiseæble træer og måske et par påfugle. Der er ca. 1000m til Karlby og Sangstrup klinterne og havet, hvor der ligger et hyggeligt og stemningsfyldt lille fiskerleje med borde og grill plads. Det er et excellent fiske og dykkerområde.

Nemt til indkøbsmuligheder og Danmarks nok bedste svømmehal med wellness .8 km til Nordens største landsbykirke ( Vestervig ) . 15 km til Nordens mindste landsbykirke ( Lodbjerg) samt Lodbjerg fyr. 8 km til Limfjorden og 12 km til Vesterhavet.
