Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house, there are also 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Cosy first-floor apartment with balcony. The apartment is situated close to the University of Aarhus, Skejby Hospital and Aarhus city centre. There are stops for the tram (Letbanen) a few minutes' walk from the B&B. The apartment is 63 m2 and is suitable for accommodation for families, a group of colleagues, or two couples traveling together, etc. It contains two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can be "stiched together" to a double bed, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a private entrance and south-facing terrace, as well as a bathroom and kitchen with a fridge - all overlooking the garden. Parking is available in the courtyard around a large old lime tree. The apartment is centrally located towards both city and nature - with only 3 km to fishing and walking at Løgten Strand, and about 20 minutes drive to Aarhus and Mols Bjerge.
