The host is very responsive, the instructions are very clear, the unit is very clean, there is no dust, the bathroom is also very clean and provides toiletries. It's not easy to stay here. The villa/house is spacious and there are complete appliances to support daily life. The villa/house is in a strategic location, not too crowded, not too quiet, suitable for comfort and tranquility. The inside of the villa/house feels cool even without air conditioning because of the good ventilation. Spacious, comfortable, and up to standard bedrooms. The bathroom is also clean and comfortable plus there's a water heater. The terrace and backyard are perfect for gathering with friends or family. Complete cooking utensils and cutlery are also provided to add to the satisfaction of visitors.

Stayed here with the family & we loved it. Esp loved the host's responsiveness. We had an electrical issue and not only Perry (and the staff) was quick on it, but also went on extra miles to help us accomodated & situated. Place was incredibly spacious with amazing wifi. Complete kitchen as well & great parking. Will definitely come back again! I know you readers will love it too :)

Never booked a place so fast as soon as I saw this place! 4XXL bed(rooms), 3 aircons, water heater, spacey family room, this place is def a steal! And also with youtube&netflix?! This place is not real. If only this place have a pool, then it will be 1000/10! Sekoteng, cilok, bakso lewat2, warung banyak, ga ad nyamuk. A-ma-zing! Housekeeper also very responsive and kind. Very lucky to find this listing, walau pulangnya terjebak macet 10 jam :) Will come back! Thankyou!

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

New Zealand standard of apartment and you know what I am talking about the 3 S is we all need . Sleep ( comfort bed ) Shower ( hot and high pressure) Shit ( toilet seat ) No question about the comfort over all Swimming pool, play area and the gym! (We all know someone who doesn’t like germ from the outside ) If there such things ten stars then I will give this place ten stars Thanks Jim

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍
