Having lived in Welwyn Garden City for 32 years, I would say this is a great location. Perhaps it hasn't got the close surrounding greenery of most of the residential properties in WGC, but that is more than offset by being quiet yet within easy walking distance (even for my 5-year-old grandson!) of the town centre and the railway station which has direct connections to London, Cambridge etc. The flat itself was pleasant, modern, clean and exactly as described. The host was very responsive to queries. All in all a good experience and a place I might like to stay in again.

Mark and Nicole are truly the perfect hosts 😍 My husband and I spent nearly four months at ‘The Stables’ and couldn’t have been happier! The house is fabulous and has everything you could wish for. We love to cook and enjoyed cooking here as the kitchen was of a very high spec. The master bedroom was beautiful and the king size bed so, so, comfortable. So If it’s luxury you want, then it’s here. The location is delightful set far back from the road, along a track next to fields. There are lovely country walks nearby, where there are many beautiful horses, muntjacs and many other types of wildlife to see. We regularly had a pheasant who would peer in through our door 🥰 I would recommend staying here as the accommodation is very well appointed and in a lovely peaceful setting. Ampthill only being a short walk from the house is a wonderful little town to go shopping, have coffee or enjoy a lovely meal at one of the many eateries. We will definitely be back and miss being there.

We had a wonderful stay at Kenny's air bnb it was such a home from home feel and had everything we could of needed for our stay. Check in was very smooth,Kenny's communication was absolutely fantastic with clear instructions to make a stress free experience. The home was absolutely perfect and we could easily tell how much love,care and attention Kenny has put into the home! When we first arrived at the house we were met by the most gorgeous smell which stayed throughout our stay. The home was lovely and clean and decorated beautifully. Kenny was even so kind to go above and beyond and provided us with shower gel, ice cold drinks,milk and chocolate chip brioche! There was also plenty of Tea,Coffee,Sugar and even hot chocolate! 2 fans were also provided,so much thought and attention put in to making the perfect stay! If that's what you are looking for then this is the place to book! We cannot thank you enough for such a lovely,relaxing stay,we would happily come back in a heartbeat! xx

Excellent Townhouse in the heart of Harpenden. As described, it is a stone's throw from the train station. Spread over three levels with a downstairs kitchen, a bright and airy first floor lving space and bedroom, and three more bedrooms on the second floor, with 2 large bathrooms, there is plenty of space for two families. Leon and Dahlia are excellent hosts. Very responsive and helpful. They had kindly left some milk, eggs and juice in fridge. Harpenden itself is a beautiful town half an hour by train from London. Leon and Dahlia's place is highly recommended.

This our second visit in less than three months, which is a recommendation on its own! As before, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and really clean. Great location for visiting some really great houses, galleries and museums. Very nice accommodation for discovering the hidden gems of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.

We had a wonderful stay! Place was exactly as presented in pictures. Iris was very responsive. She was also very helpful providing local recommendations. Area is quiet. Easily walkable tonight Hitchin train station and town. Walked into town several times for coffee, shopping, groceries and meals. Tesco Express was also walkable. Used Uber and Bolt easily to get around.

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The property is well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need—an oven, stove, washing machine, small fridge, and even an iron with a stand. Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.
