The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! XMAS (not available instantly) and LONGER TERM LETS by request please.

Well connected with London Luton Airport and train station 5 miles-London 25 mins. M1 J9 2 miles. Central London just 30 miles. Semi rural. Easy walk into Markyate village with eateries, shop, PO and pub. Short drive to St Albans, Harpenden, Ashridge, Whipsnade and Dunstable Downs. EV charger (extra). Parking 2 cars. Sadly no pets.

Cute 1 bedroom house with pool / ping pong table.

The house is bright and airy with access to a very large garden. Here in the old market town of Biggleswade, you're just a 35min train ride into central London. A large retail park with a range of shops is situated behind the house, just a 60 second walk away. It’s a 20min walk into the town centre where there are many restaurants, shops, pubs, salons, etc and the train station. 10 minute walk to two different swing parks.
