Honestly, this place was exactly what I needed. Tucked away in the hills, the energy of the house was peaceful and grounding. I felt calm the moment I walked in. The view, the silence, the little moments—everything just slowed down in the best way. The host was super helpful and the space was clean, warm, and felt like home. Would love to come back whenever I need a proper reset. Beautiful house.

Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges. We had a peaceful short stay at Nidhi’s. The property was just like the pictures—the view from the balcony and nearby stream was gorgeous. Its location was close to the airport, Dharamkot, Yol, and McLeod Ganj. Nidhi was an extremely accommodating host, sending over baked goods and extending flexibility with check out timings. We recommend eating at her bakery, where she graciously comped our breakfast! She also put us in contact with Sunny ji, who provided his cab services for the entirety of our trip and recommended us a place with the most delicious Himachali thali.

It is a peaceful and private property. Little off road . Accessible . Well visit again certainly

I’ve stayed in Airbnb properties all over the world, and Sushant’s place is my favorite yet. The house itself is beautifully designed using local materials, in the style of an authentic Himachal residence. Everything you could want is there: comfortable beds dressed in high-quality linens, a fully-equipped kitchen, pristine bathrooms with excellent water pressure. The house is perfectly located: the views of nature are incredible, and you feel entirely alone though town is just walking distance away. Sushant is an excellent host, fully responsive and kind. He arranged a scooter for us, took us paragliding, and drove us to a secret local swimming river with waterfalls that we never would have found on our own. We met his family, and felt welcomed and safe. Among the Airbnb properties available in Bir, nothing compares to Sushant’s place. I highly recommend you stay in the magical home he has so lovingly created, as it made our trip so special . We cannot wait to return!

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The place looked exactly like the pictures—if not even better. From the moment we arrived, Ayush and his team were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. On such short notice, Ayush arranged an amazing barbecue experience for us (the chicken tikka is a must-try!), and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The chef and Sachin were always available, ensuring we had everything we needed. The hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail made our stay completely stress-free. We never had to worry about a thing, including our valuables. If you’re looking for a truly seamless and enjoyable stay, this is the place to be. Highly recommend! We’ll be back soon!

Огромная благодарность хозяину виллы, Эмилю, за отличное жилье, за рекомендации, за радушие и отзывчивость. Дом очень просторный, аккуратный, все предусмотрено. Мы чувствовали себя лучше, чем дома, единственное о чем мы пожалели, что не зарезервировали дом на более длительный срок. Отличные пляжи в 10-20 минутах ходьбы, очень вкусные и красивые рестораны в 5-10 минутах от дома, да и из дома даже не хотелось выходить, чистый бассейн, из которого дети не вылезали, красивый двор с беседкой, дома очень уютно. Я рада, что выбрала именно эту виллу, мы действительно отлично отдохнули. Нам Эмиль посоветовал несколько ресторанов, во все сходили и все просто топ! Один лучше другого. Иншалла вернемся!

i travelled with parents and kids and fortunately selected kassyms place. Right from the time of booking,kassym was extremely helpful and responsive. Hello helped us literally with everything...Food,accomodation,travelling,sight seeing,local shopping,food,currency exchange and what not. On top of that,his parents were kind enough to send us some local bread to eat and whatever utilities we required during our stay. I think,this trip would not have been possible without kassym and his familys help and support. Thank you so much Highly recommended

Location - a perfect blend of everything. It’s in a village away from the city buzz between the mountains. Amazing views, peaceful and relaxing. FYI, the actual location is about 2KM inside the mountains area. Household and amenities - Amazing and well managed villa with everything you would need for a staycation. FYI, just need to maintain of the hygiene level. Services and host- Jagdeep ji is an amazing host. Always proactive and helpful. The property have Arwind ji as caretaker available 24x7 and Vipin ji as an amazing chef which makes awesome food. FYI - The food was super amazing. Services like Zomato, Blinkit are available with ease. Activities - The property is private with pool which is clean, tv, internet, music system, garden. Basically everything that one would need. FYI - Just clean the pool more often. Summary - Overall an amazing experience.

المسكن جميل جدا لمن يحب الهدوء والاسترخاء في الطبيعه تعامل Dmitriy رائع جداً وكذلك المطبخ متكامل لكن السكن يعيبه وجود كاميره في الخارج لذالك يفتقد للخصوصيه إذا كانت عائلة لكن كشباب جميل جدا ياليت لو تكون الكامره على الباب الخارجي والطريق حول٢ كيلو تقريبا غير معبد

The place was exactly like the photos. The place was very much like a pahadi home from the inside, which we liked. The caretakers were the best and helped us out with walks and cooked food for us as well.

The place was good and clean. Easy and self checkin.

It was an extremely peaceful stay with amazing location. Host Suruchi was amazing and always ready to help. It felt just like home and was worth it in all aspects. Highly recommended.

Yakov's apartment is the nicest AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It looks like a brand new apartment. Everything is spotless, and everything works perfectly. The shower was amazing, the bed is firm and comfortable, just like I like it. The location is amazing. A very short walk to one of the metro stations. It's close to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. I will come back to Tashkent, and when I do, I will try to rent this place again. It is a no brainer.

Our family visited Amita place in Shitlakhet.. it was very beautiful and peaceful.. the house is just like in the pictures. We had a very comfortable stay and felt like home away from home. The cook Naveen is great. He made us try a few local dishes which were absolutely yummy. He’s was very helpful. Thank you Amita and tarun for your hospitality and such a great stay. Thank you.

Felt like at home. Ravindraji the host and owner of the property was like a family person He took care of comfort and convenience. I would always remember our long talks about history of Punjab and valor of Sikh Gurus. The property was green, peaceful and pristine. The food was delicious and tasty. It’s a gorgeous Scandinavian home right off Kufri Shimla highway, surrounded by forrest and orchards. Raj has really thought through the place to make the experience enjoyable- from the space to service to the activities.
