Javaid was such a helpful person and he accommodated at his best ✨ definitely recommended but do carry snacks and look for bolt also because restaurants are very expensive around there and at night there is no close shop to eat otherwise very nice peaceful and easy to check in with beautiful location and home

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

We really enjoyed the warm hospitality. The location and the place instill peace and tranquility. Every request was answered efficiently. Shafi, the owner of the place and the service staff, did everything to make the stay pleasant. Invica Tour& Travel organized wonderful tours for us. We will definitely return to this Young Alzira Houseboat.

An amazing place to stay. The hospitality is unmatched felt like I am in my home. Feroz bhai treats you like you his family member. Wifi connection is superb no problem in working from dal lake. The food is just so delicious. So next time whenever I'm in Kashmir I'll definitely have a great place to stay.

Everything about the property was worth the money spent. The views, sunsets were phenomenal, the rooms had an old school charm, the porch was amazing, we spent nights out … it is walkable to the mall road like a 20 minute uphill walk but very doable. The highlight however was the caretaker and the cook, they made special mutton for us on request and were astonished by how lipsmacking it was. Absolutely loved the stay! We were a group of 6 friends, and we couldn’t have had a better getaway! Thanks Jai.

Our stay at Shabir bhai's houseboat was truly exceptional. Despite arriving ill, I felt immediately at ease thanks to his warm hospitality. Shabir bhai created a comfortable, disturbance-free environment with all necessary amenities for my parents and me. His homemade meals were delicious, and the morning shikara ride he arranged was delightful. What stood out most was Shabir bhai's honest advice about places to visit, which was refreshingly free from the commission-based recommendations we'd encountered elsewhere in Kashmir. Thanks to his suggestion, we discovered the beautiful Badamwari, which wasn't originally on our itinerary. This hidden gem became a highlight of our trip. For anyone seeking a genuine, hospitable experience on Dal Lake, Shabir bhai's houseboat is the perfect choice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, Shabir bhai ❤️

Its a great place, The host is extremely Warm & Helpful, They Helped us , when we were stuck Because of the snow, Came & Picked us up, which was very helpful of them to do so. Amazing Location, Away from the rush of major Tourist area. Good place to just Eat RELAX & ENJOY the Woods & Snow. Rooms are very warm & comfortable, Service is also good & Food was also good (limited options But taste was very good) Overall we had a great time!

The cottage itself is cozy, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The rustic charm combined with modern comforts made for a truly enjoyable stay. the peaceful ambiance was unmatched. The host & the manager were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided great local tips and were always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. They even advised us a local driver who was taking us to all sightseeing around the area.
