Beautiful Guest House in Desirable Northside

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

A well-lit outdoor deck features a hot tub and comfortable seating under decorative string lights. Access to the deck is available via a wooden staircase. The scene is surrounded by lush greenery, providing a sense of privacy and tranquility.

Newly renovated private studio with private entrance. We are located at NE Tallahassee, a layback and safer area of the town. Very quiet and 100% privacy. Within minutes to grocery stores , fine dinner and fast food, gyms etc . I have a ninja grill/bake/broil/stir fries/air crisps/all in one, a coffee maker, a microwave, a portable stove. You will enjoy the rural quiet also the city convenient at the same time while you stay here. Within 5 miles to I10.

Randy and I used to live in this neighborhood and believe it's the greatest area of Tallahassee. It's quite, with lots of nature. It was a joy to see the deer again. Zen's place is very spacious and lacked nothing. Check in was easy and Zen's communication was great.

My husband and I stayed the weekend and we loved the place. The decor, comfort and serene outdoor exceeded my expectations. There was a large pool but we did not get to enjoy it because it was a little cool. We will definitely book this listing again when we visit our daughter at school again. Highly recommended, felt like home away from home.

Kim and Geoff's place was so beautiful. I loved the little neighborhood, the room they prepared, and all the little snacks (and COFFEE POT) that came with it. I love that a mini fridge was put in the room, and how it also came with little drinks and waters. This was also the first time that I had a microwave in the room I sleep in, besides a hotel room, but I'm not complaining. It was great because I was cooped up in my room most of the time working on schoolwork so having the microwave there was very convenient for heating food quickly. I also enjoyed the conversations I shared with Geoff, he is very personable and accommodating. And so is Kim, she was out of town the weekend I stayed, but she was very responsive to messages overall. Their house is beautifully decorated, and Tallahassee overall is just such a beautiful city/town. Also, make sure to look through the binder they provide in the room that details everything you could basically do in Tally. Great stay.

Philip is a great host! He is very attentive, answered any questions I had, and gave me a tour of the home and property. There was an issue with our room, but Philip took care of it immediately. Overall, this is a lovely and eclectic place to stay!

We were in town for FSU graduation. Richards place fit the bill. Was exactly what we needed... a place to sleep and recharge. Had a few conversations with hosts and they were both very friendly. Would definitely stay again the next time in town. Thanks
