Enjoy the cozy feeling of this large brand new home! Farmhouse style with beautiful craftsmanship. This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, in the small town of Alburnett. 20 minutes to downtown CR. Close to Prospect Meadows, Tuma sports and Marion. Great place to stay with family or friends. Fully furnished and ready for you! Includes a ping pong table, foosball table, dart board, bean bag toss, and a commercial grade bounce house. The kids will love it! No pets allowed at this time.

This home is modern, quiet, and spacious. Every bedroom has a different brand of mattress, giving everyone a choice. There is room to spread out in two living rooms, and a fenced in backyard with play area. It is centrally located to larger cities such as Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Cedar Falls., & Iowa City. Located near other small towns in Linn County. This is a NO animals allowed property, and NO smoking/vaping inside any buildings. Contractor reservations need prior approval w/host.

Cozy Cottage

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.
