Nothing's better after a sunny day in beautiful Skopje than enjoying a jacuzzi, sauna, and having a wholesome movie night experience with a home cinema and surround sound. Also, using voice commands like "sing me a lullaby" before bed is a must. Really, the apartment and communication with Stevan were great - I can only recommend it. 10/10

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks and even extended our stay for a few more days, the apartment is lovely and spacious and in a great location from the centre and big supermarkets. Milica is also a great host, very helpful and responsive. We would return here again without hesitation ☺️

Although we arrived at the apartment quite late due to delays and problems with car rental, Risto gave us a briefing about the house on site and helped us adapt to the region and the city quickly. A very warm home welcomes you inside the architecture close to brutalism that reminds you the period of the apartments building date. Definitely one of the first choice points in the region, thank you Risto.

convenient location with a good size that can fit a family with kids. the building is a bit old but the flat is well kept with everything we need. very clean and tidy. this is the second time we stayed at Kolinda's property. she is always nice and responsive. I'd recommend her flats if you are in town.

I stayed at Petar's place for a week and it felt nice. Well furnished, comfortable bed, spacious shower, closeby transportation, stable internet, lots of light and good kitchen. For me the best feature was how close it is to the park where I could exercise and stroll. Also Petar is a really cool guy. I recommend!

Very clean, modern apartment. Great views from balcony. Very close to the Center about 15 min walk. Reception staff very helpful and friendly however was hard to find them at times. Overall great price for a moderate apartment almost in the center of Skopje. Highly recommended.

Everything started with the host’s amazing and proactive attitude — communication was fast and clear from the beginning. He offered us transport options, food tips, and made us feel welcome right away. He even invited us for a coffee where we had a warm and personal conversation, showing genuine interest and support even in private matters, not just about the trip. He later surprised us with a local breakfast (burek) and truly went the extra mile in every aspect. He let us stay and prepare for our flight long after checkout, which helped us a lot. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described — even better in person. We especially loved the clean private hot tub in the living room. The area is full of restaurants and cafés to explore. Overall, this was one of the best, if not the best, Airbnb stays I’ve ever had — thanks to the host’s exceptional hospitality and care.

Our two families enjoyed our stay at Villa Kupenica a lot. The host family was extremely kind and helpful in every way. The Villa is surrounded by calm farms and vineyards, so it is easy to relax in the yard, chill by the pool or have a barbecue in the evening just listening to birds and crickets. The kitchen and house itself were well equipped, the beds comfy and the wifi connection worked well enough so that we could plan some excursions. The town of Kumanovo is only 15 minutes away by car and we made trips to Skopje and lake Matka, which are also close enough. The villa had plenty of room for our bunch of 4 adults and 3 children and in spite of the very hot summer days, the house fortunately cooled down during the nights even without air-conditioning. We warmly recommend this place for you if you're visiting North-Macedonia. Please note that reaching the place for the first time can be tricky because the street names are not marked, but once you're there it's easy to get situated.
