Easily accessible from the A16 and half way between Calais and Paris, the flat is an ideal stopover point to break up a long journey and get into holiday mode.

It has 6 bedrooms, a sauna and cinema in the basement and a small indoor playroom for children.

This place is ideal for unwinding. It offers a green, quiet setting that is conducive to a relaxing weekend. Shops and administrations within 5 minutes. Water park and mini-golf 5 minutes away, 30 minutes from the city of Amiens. About 45-50 minutes from the Baie de Somme. 1 hour from the Picardy coast. We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
