Beautiful and spacious house in front of the SEA with 3 bedrooms ideal for 12 people with a private pool. A 5-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the center. Fully refrigerated, 2 floors, 4 full bathrooms, living room with smart TV, dining room for 10 people, fully equipped kitchen. It has a barbecue, outdoor furniture for the pool area. (At the moment there is no good telephone coverage in the area, we have Wi-Fi) private parking.

A kitchen area features a combination of natural wood cabinetry and a rustic stone wall. A large wooden table with seating accommodates guests, while a modern light fixture made of driftwood hangs above. Essential appliances, including a microwave, are visible on the countertop.

Leo’s house was the perfect location for the 2024 eclipse. Sleepy little town, no crowds.

It is a place with an incredible view of the sea, quiet, private, cozy, clean and is pet friendly. Best of all, they have several options to have a great time. It has infinity pool, grill (charcoal $ xtra, or you take your own), space in the palapa to project a movie (this fascinated my little ones). Popcorns $ xtra. Space for campfire, which I loved, (Juan super friendly even got us some sticks to roast chocolates that we carry). They offer breakfasts, which was delicious and very complete (fruit, coffee, sweet bread, strong dish), with an exquisite dessert (papaya candy and tamal de nata) with excellent value for money. Super attentive hosts, attentive to your needs at all times. They gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit excellent. The advantage over the beach, is that by being semi-vary, there are almost no people and we were able to enjoy it with our dogs. A very family-friendly concept and relaxation. I met my expectation.

A modern structure is situated atop a stone base, featuring a large overhanging roof made of bamboo. The entrance is framed by natural elements, with a view of the sky above. Foliage is visible along the edges, adding to the serene outdoor setting.

The house was spotless, had all amenities. It is conditioned to take and make your own food if you want it, the kitchen has everything you need, they also have a grill. But, what I liked most were its terraces that had a beautiful view… Super recommended to go with friends or family. 100/10
