Andres's Home in Dunnellon was a wonderful place. There was plenty to keep us occupied. His place has a beautiful pool, lots of seating on the patio, grill, cornhole, pool table, spacious kitchen, and a nice bedroom set up for the kids that kept our daughter and her friends very comfortable. Our bedroom was a quiet oasis with clean comfortable bedding and a view of the pool. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for a hungry crew. We were able to use a couple of Andres's kayaks at KP Hole, just minutes away. The kids enjoyed tubing and swimming at Rainbow Springs. Andres's home was the perfect vacation getaway. He has thought of everything.

Great house in the Villages close to many great restaurants. I loved the ability to swim in a private beautiful pool every morning. I highly recommend!

Extremely beautiful scenery in and around the springs, friendly all around and sunbathing my the pool. We all had a great time.

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

Kelley’s place was excellent. High quality furnishings and spotlessly clean. The place was awesome and worth the price paid which was reasonable for what we received. It felt like a combination of a five star hotel and home. Our host communicated very clearly both prior to and during our visit.

A beautiful space on the Rainbow River, you won’t regret staying here! The home is lovely and comfortable and the location can’t be beat if you enjoy nature and privacy. We didn’t use the guest house for our family of 4 but if we had a slightly larger group it would be a great option to spread out. This is a space for quiet time and relaxation, not to be loud or to party, which we appreciated. We arrived on Memorial day and the river was busy but the rest of the stay there was less boat traffic, just a few casual tubers and kayakers floating by. It has lots of floats and water gear and we brought our own canoe which can easily be launched from the yard. We made some fantastic family memories swimming, fishing and cooking off of the back deck and would love to come back next summer! Thanks!

Plenty of space, nice decor. Very comfortable for our group of 8. Good location and could walk to sunset spot and pier pretty easy.

The house was very clean. Peaceful setting and beautiful views. The host was very friendly and responded quickly.

We have stayed at many places in Levy County and this was our favorite, its is a beautiful home in our favorite area of fowlers bluff, 5 minutes from our recreational land. Its right on the river and everything in the home is well thought out. We will be going back to Beau's place every chance we get.

We spent two months here and loved it! We were already familiar with the area and we love being on the Chaz. Having the kayaks was great, and there are plenty of paddles and life jackets. There are even two stand-up paddleboards, although we didn't use them. The kitchen was amazingly well-stocked, everything was nice and clean, and there was also plenty of sunscreen and bug spray. We used both the fire pit in the yard and the gas fire table on the deck, as well as cornhole and the ping-pong table. There are lots of board games as well for those days when you want to stay inside. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and everything was consistent with the listing. Kim and Allen were great hosts, touching base with us several times to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend Kim and Allen's place!

Perfect location for our plans with local family and friends. We felt totally comfortable like it was our home. No hotel vibes at all. So relaxing and the pool was a fantastic retreat! Clean, spacious, and an amazing host. We will be back!

Me and my family stayed here and it was absolutely stunning and just all around amazing I wish I could just move in and never leave it’s truly wonderful and so much to do around you even in walking distance we all absolutely loved the place it was clean fun lots to do just all around amazing

A wonderful place to stay! Quiet and intimate. The place was very cleaned and smelled good. The shower was my favorite part of the house. Thanks for having fans available. I need noise to sleep. Just a few suggestions. There was only one K-Cup for two adults staying two nights. We didn’t know that the bed was a queen or full (not sure which size). My husband and I rolled towards each other into the middle. The second night we slept on the pull out couch. Love the mattress topper!! It was very comfortable. There are no bathrooms by the pool. All in all, a great place to stay.

We spend 4 beautiful days at The Founders Lodge for our friend’s birthday. Tee met us out front and personally gave us a tour of the house. The 2 full master suites are gorgeous! The house is absolutely beautiful with enough room to rest & relax and it was so very clean and comfortable. The wood additions to the house made it so very cozy, that we hope to come back to next year! The pool was just what we needed for the Florida summer days. We grilled out 1 night on the gas grill that was provided by the pool. We ate at The Cove Restaurant for dinner the first night and our meals were very delicious. 3 out of the 4 of us took the Airboat tour and marked it off of our bucket list! How much fun, you have to do it!! We thank Tee for her kindness and even brought my Amazon delivery to our door, what service!!! Thank you :)

Would highly recommend this peaceful property. Our employees loved having this peaceful and beautiful location to rest and wake up to the peaceful surroundings the next morning after working hard all day. Their stay here was good for morale and productivity. The property is gorgeous, comfortable, well maintained and would be a great place for vacation. Host were great, friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved this stay! Maria really thought of everything. Whether it was charging stations, kitchen supplies, flashlights, or dog bowls.. one of our favorite air bnbs to date! The game room was very clean and organized. We played a mean game of family fusbol and had s’mores by the fire. Springs are super close and great food at local pup friendly restaurants on the water. Such a beautiful property and home. We will be back!

this was a amazing place !! The house was ready on time an there was nothing we wanted this house didn’t have . ie: kayaks, fishing gear with bait , grill,coffee pods oh an the big thing books , I mean best collection . Games the digital kind an old school cards etc . By far the best house I have stayed at so much fun

Joel and Debbie’s house was great! The layout was great in that all three bedrooms were separated and not on top of each other. The pool was awesome and I can’t wait to book it again.
