We had a fantastic stay at this private villa! The highlight was definitely having our own pool—it was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing in privacy. The villa itself was spotless upon arrival, with fresh linens, tidy rooms, and a modern, welcoming ambiance. Bali feels! 🌴 Everything felt secure and peaceful, ideal for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend if you want to escape the city! We feel relaxed and refreshed.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless – the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities provided were top-notch and added a lot of convenience throughout my visit. The location is also ideal, situated right beside the national highway, making it easy to travel and explore the area. Despite its proximity to the road, the property remained peaceful and quiet inside. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place with great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very happy and satisfied with our overall experience. We booked last minute for our mother’s birthday, but still has been accommodated well. The owners are very friendly, hospitable, and approachable. Place is very private, perfect for families who want to spend quality time together. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.

This was one of the most pleasant Airbnb stays I’ve had. The house was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping every other day, and it always smelled amazing thanks to the scented sticks placed throughout. The host was very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest restaurants, the location is peaceful and quiet, and both Dumuluan Beach and dining spots are still within reach. Because it’s slightly off the main area, the pricing is also very affordable for what you get. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay with a relaxed vibe—this is a great choice.

온수가 안나오지만 날씨 특성상 크게 문제되지 않습니다. 여러개의 방과 전용 수영장의 깊이까지 디테일적인 요소들까지 다 좋았습니다. 다만 물에서 짠맛이 좀 납니다. 샤워기필터는 꼭 챙겨가세요! 이걸 감안해도 너무 좋은 숙소였습니다

일소뇨를 통해 바다 갈 수 있어요. 모알보알은 바다가 일순위이니까 굳이 칠리바까지 가지않아도 바다를 누릴 수 있고 빌라 내 수영장이 있어서 저녁에는 수영장에서 놀았어요. 매일 찾아오는 고양이는 또 다른 마음의 힐링이예요! 독채라서 누구의 방해도 받지않아 저녁에는 음악틀어놓고 가족끼리 그날 하루에 대해 이야기나누는 시간을 가질 수 있었어요. 빌라에 머무는동안 너무 행복했어요. 공간도 사람도 너무 사랑스런 모알보알이었습니다.

My family enjoyed staying at CDM. Hosts were very responsive to our needs/requests, and the caretaker Gidz was super attentive and knowledgeable about the area (gave us recommendations where to buy fresh fish, got us coconuts, even gave us a tour of Inambakan Falls). Beach is beautiful, and rooms were clean and spacious. If you want a peaceful time with a group, this is the place to be. Thanks to Eden and Hanz for an amazing stay, we could've easily stayed longer.

3대 가족여행이였는데 가족들과 지내기에 너무나 편안한 곳이였어요. 바베큐도 헬퍼분들이 도와주셔서 고기도 맛있게 잘 먹었고 아이들이 매일 수영도 할수 있어서 모두 만족스러운 여행이였습니다^^특히 세이브모어가 바로 건너편에 있어서 걸어서 장을 볼수 있어서 편했고 노아마사지샵도 근처라 너무 좋았답니다~ 호스트님이 필요한 마트배달이나 여행업체도 필요하면 바로바로 연결해주셔서 처음 세부 여행였지만 아주 만족스러운 여행이였답니다!! 다음에도 꼭 이용할게요~^^

가격이 저렴한 편이라 사진이랑 다르면 어쩌나 걱정했는데 걱정했던거랑 달리 청결하고 숙소도 이쁘네요 숙소단지 안에 있는 수영장도 그렇고 숙소 인테리어도 그렇고 휴양지 느낌 물씬나요~~~ 직원 분들도 질문드리면 하나하나 다 친절하게 알려주셔서 기분좋게 쉬다 갑니다 ~ 친구들끼리 놀러올때 좋은듯요 각자 침대도 쓸수 있구 ㅎㅎ 가성비 갑 숙소임니당 번창하세요~~~~

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. The villa was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and it was nice and private. Ronan was a great host and was always contactable. The group thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This villa is ideal for a group staying in Panglao.

This property far exceeded our expectations. We were looking for somewhere close to Sumilon Island and the whale shark tours. It was even closer than the map indicated. You can see the island from the property and the boat dock was 5 minutes away. The whale shark tour was about 2 minutes farther. The surroundings were exceptional. We snorkeled every day right off of the property and saw everything we could imagine in 3 days. There were sea turtles, dolphins, and we did not even need the whale shark tour as they passed by right in front of the property. Moreover, the place comes with an exceptional staff that provides everything you need. Fay and Jay were also wonderful. This is a hidden gem in Cebu. My family and I will definitely be staying here again.

Feel like a billionaire in your private resort with an excellent staff and outstanding in-house catering! The food is out of this world, and they accommodated my wife’s gluten free diet. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Un superbe séjour dans cette maison juste incroyable ! L eau de la mer était agitée donc pas génial pour le snorkeling et appart profiter de cette environnement de rêve il n y a pas grand chose à faire… cependant si vous venez dans l idée d un séjour reposant ou entre amis c le top

Correspond aux photos, une villa agencée comme un studio avec deux lits doubles, des accessoires pour faire la cuisine et une salle de bain propre. Bonne localisation. Piscine privée propre et jardin très mignon et bien entretenu. Possibilité de louer un scooter à 350 pesos par jour (mars 2025). Très bon rapport qualité prix !

This is a beautiful hidden gem in Dauis. We didn't want to stay too close to panglao because of noise, traffic and clutter. Dauis is a convenient distance from both the airport and attractions in Alona and surrounding sights in neighbouring municipalities. If needed, grab or tricycles are easy to hail with assistance from the subdivision guards. while there's no laundry facilities at the house itself, it is very close to a laundry shop with very reasonable prices that also offers pickup. For the price, the value is amazing. We were nestled in a well guarded subdivision with easy access to a well maintained pool and function area. If you want a feel of true filipino hospitality, you can't go wrong as the guards and the subdivision attendants will quickly be great friends that offer local tips and recommendations. definitely a must book for people who aren't fussed about being close to alona and for those who prefer a more authentic provincial experience

It was satisfying enough for a family of five. It was a more enjoyable trip with Mr. Bong Lao's kindness, quick response, and various information. Thanks to this, the whole family returned with great satisfaction. Of course, I have enough thoughts to use it next time. Thank you again to Ms.jea and Mr.bong Law. .

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich wunderschön. Die Ruhe & Privatsphäre welche sie einem bietet ist unschlagbar und jedes Rappen wert. Das Bett war gross & sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage welche das Zimmer schön heruntetkühlt. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur und wird nicht zu warm. Der Aussenbereich lädt zum entspannen ein und bietet viel Ruhe. Wir haben und oft nach dem hektischen Alona Beach in unsere Unterkunft zurückgezogen. Die Gegend vom Alona Beach kann ich nur empfehlen, viele Restaurants und Bars. Wir haben die chocolate hille und tarsier sanctuary selbstständig mit dem von der Unterkunft organisierten Roller erkundet (ca 1.5 std fahrt). Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden mit der gebuchten Unterkunft und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.
