You definitely get your moneys worth, all the reviews I read were accurate. Close to the action, yet far enough where it was quiet. Although I did not meet the host Leah, she was quick to respond to all my messages/questions. Chris was waiting for me when checking in which was quick and easy. Mr. Dandy the security guard was onsite guarding the entrance every night. Dandy was the first person you see when leaving and returning. Dandy is a just a great human being, with the Filipino hospitality you would expect and more. It was a pleasure to talk to Dandy during my 2 night stay. If you are considering renting from Leah… Do It !!

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. We just got back to Cebu City and already looking forward to when we can go back. ❤️ Thank you for sharing your place with us, Grace!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless – the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The amenities provided were top-notch and added a lot of convenience throughout my visit. The location is also ideal, situated right beside the national highway, making it easy to travel and explore the area. Despite its proximity to the road, the property remained peaceful and quiet inside. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly nice and accommodating, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located place with great service. I’d definitely stay here again!

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!

I had an amazing stay at this unit in Mactan Newtown! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beachside getaway. With three air conditioners, staying cool in the 30°C heat and humidity was never an issue. After long days at the beach, having a washing machine and drying rack in the unit was incredibly convenient. The kitchen was a great bonus too — perfect for prepping snacks and meals before heading out for the day. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay in Mactan!

A great place to stay. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings.

The host was good. The place was clean and nice. Internet was fast! Good restaurants and Convenience Stores surrounding the place. However, there were few instructions/rules by the establishment that we had to comply (swimming pool pass and ids for check-in even for my child) and we were not told by the host. Maybe these were new rules. But it wasn't a hassle, we just did what we ask for then everything went smoothly.

This is one of the most relaxing place we’ve ever had. Sometimes we thought we’re in Hawaii. Our 80 yr old parents didn’t have a hard time going around. The kitchen is clean, complete though the Gazebo could have been perfect if we decided to include it, but still we had a great time. The location is very private like having your own private beach. I definitely recommend this place to big families and small to mid size corporate team building outings.

This is a special unspoiled place, I would highly recommed to everyone looking for tranquility and getting away from it all.. The surroundings and garden are beautiful, there are many options to hang out and relax. We had the beach mostly to ourselves. The housekeeper family took good care of us and prepared delicious meals. The communication upfront with MaryJeanne was good and friendly, everything was well organised. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back one day!

A great stay in this just amazing house! The sea water was agitated so not great for snorkeling and apartment to enjoy this dream environment there is not much to do... however if you come with the idea of a relaxing stay or with friends.

Bill was not there during our stay but his wife Cristina welcomed us very warmly and was lovely. We had breakfast which was very good. The place was magical, better than in photos and once we arrived at the place, we were so sad to leave it. We loved it here!

Had a special birthday celebration for my dad's birthday. It was the perfect place for the event mini birthday getaway. Big house for a big family. Great entertainment and view. well kept and clean! Thank you so much Simala Beach House! Great time!

We were delighted with our stay. The accommodation is impeccable with a lot of attention to the little details, nothing is lacking. Peter and Rowena are always available without ever being invasive. One of the decisive points that had caught our attention was direct access to the sea and we were not disappointed, the place is perfect for snorkeling and diving. It's very quiet, both in the day and night. The counterpart is that it takes a means of transport but we had a car so no problem for us. Thank you for your hospitality and don't change anything, everything is perfect.

My husband and our 2 kids (6 and 4) enjoyed our stay. The space is a little smaller than expected however we made it work. The bedroom door wouldn't shut with the air mattress down and the swing allowed less space for our kids to move around. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We used the kitchen amenities and the washing machine as well! We enjoyed all pools and beach at Tambuli and the restaurants were delicious too! Monaliza had great communication and always answered as soon as she could. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others!
