When we got home, we were greeted and informed about the house and could easily reach them if we had a question. We were satisfied with the attention of Mr. Gökberk. The house was clean when we checked in, everything was just like in the photos. It was a service that was very rewarding for our fee, and we would like to thank them.

We rented both properties for a large family holiday and each and everyone of us had the best experience! The villas are large, well Furnished, homey and clean. Located in a beautiful remote town without any disturbance or neighbours, which we very much appreciated! The kitchens were fully equipped and we cooked to our hearts content. The pool was clean and it was cleaned again by our kind host during our two week stay. Kadir is an exceptional Host, who we all loved! He is kind, responsive and always available to help and made our stay so very wonderful. If you are looking for a remote, private villa in a beautiful town away from the city then I’d highly recommend this listing. I would also recommend renting a car if you are travelling from Istanbul as not many car services will travel/are too expensive to this location. Thank you Kadir for making this a trip we won’t forget!

During our stay, Mr. Barış was very caring and answered all our questions in a short time. The house is in a very peaceful and quiet location, much nicer than it looks in the photos. If you are coming to places near Kartepe or nearby, you can easily choose this place.

The environment was very beautiful, all the equipment was clean, the toilet and bathroom were very clean, the sheets and pillows were very clean, they were very kind, they provided us with extra charcoal for the grill and everything was very pleasant. The hot water pool was very clean and we enjoyed our trip very much. I recommend this villa to everyone.

We were in contact with Mr. Burak. They offered a flexible check-in time because there were no guests staying before us. Quiet and beautiful place. We didn't have any problem with communication. The studio is a very nice place where you can both watch nature and watch a movie. If you are going with small children, it is very nice to have close contact with the animals. I would like to point out that if it happens, my nephew probably experienced a small tick situation from the animals, and then Mr. Burak told us that there was no dangerous tick in that area. We stayed with 9 people, it is a very nice place for large groups we will choose again.
