Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

This accommodation tops everything I've experienced in Sardinia so far. The location is unbeatable. A few steps to the beach. A few steps to the next ice cream parlor. A few steps to the restaurants. The beach is more pebble beach than sandy beach. But that doesn't bother us and doesn't count. Endlessly long and not overcrowded. That counts! The apartment is amazing. Clean, tastefully decorated, more than well equipped and spacious. The host has a soft spot for Banksy. That makes him doubly likeable. Plenty of space inside, plenty of space outside. A large terrace and downstairs a large garden with shower. The apartment can be reached via a large staircase. Simple and stress-free. And that's exactly what this property is all about: no stress and everything easy! There is only one problem: If this accommodation is occupied at the beginning of the trip, then everything after that... You can imagine. Book this accommodation better as a crowning glory for your Sardinia trip!

We spent four wonderful days in Arbatax over Pentecost 2025 and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for trips and sights in the area that really enriched our stay. He was also there every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was perfect – such great service! We felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

We were there for a total of 3.5 weeks our two children (4 and 1) in the accommodation. We had a great time and felt very much at home We especially enjoyed the terrace. You have the whole day sun. If it gets too warm, you can go into the shady garden ( unfortunately artificial grass, but still very nice). The most important things are available in the accommodation. You can explore the surroundings from there with a vehicle. There are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The beautiful and very child-friendly beach Lido di Orrì can be reached quickly by car. The beach on site is also very nice (beautiful water). We would come back anytime.

The apartment is very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable and the spaces are large and welcoming. The rooms stay cool during the day, I've never needed to turn on the air conditioner. The village of Cardedu is close to many seaside resorts, but also to wilder landscapes. Thank you so much to Mrs. Lucia for her kindness and hospitality throughout the stay, it was a pleasure! I will definitely be back

The accommodation is fantastically located to spend relaxing days in a quiet location. The beach is a few minutes walking distance. Giusy was always available and gave us a helpful answer to all questions. She is a very thoughtful and helpful hostess. We would come back anytime. We felt very comfortable.
