Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

This place was the perfect getaway. If you are looking for a place to stay and enjoy the wineries this is the place. Highly recommended. Would definitely come back if we come down this way again!

We were greeted with a welcome card and a bottle of Finger Lakes riesling. The cottage is in a great location for exploring the area. We stayed for Cornell's graduation weekend and going to and from Ithaca took about 25 minutes. The kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious. The guys using the sofa bed said it was not the most comfortable but OK overall. The decor was really charming, and I wish we'd had some down time to read the books John and his co-hosts picked out. I highly recommend this property for a family or small group trip because of the convenient and beautiful location and homey amenities.

A completely renovated country house on a beautiful plot of land with a great view of Skaneateles Lake. This place has everything you need for a perfect Finger Lakes getaway- a lovely home, deck, pool, sauna... and that view! Really wish we had more time to enjoy it. Thanks for a great stay!

Andy was very responsive from booking to checkout! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard pool looked very well maintained too-we were disappointed we didn’t get a chance to use it. Would recommend Andy’s place.

Wonderful home surrounded by a beautiful area! We felt right at home with plenty of space for all. Pool, hot tub, pickleball, and playground kept us busy when not checking out Watkins Glen. We definitely could’ve stayed longer to explore more! Highly recommend!

This was our first AirBNB experience, and JoAnn explained everything, answered all our questions, and was quick to stay in touch and help with whatever was needed. The house and property are gorgeous! It was perfect for our family vacation. The house is well-equipped and spacious, with a huge, lovely porch. If you're visiting the Sayre/Elmira area, we can highly recommend this beautiful home.

Joan and Leo are great hosts. The home and property are beautiful. Home is very spacious and unique. We had such a good time sitting out by the pool, walking the local trails, and just being able to spend quality time together as a family. All the books were fun to look at and read some. All the art work in the home inspired us to leave some of our own art for Joan and Leo.

Daniel’s home offered our family a peaceful and cozy space surrounded by nature during our Ithaca visit. The house’s location is very convenient: it is close to a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station, Ithaca Commons, Cornell, and Ithaca College. Daniel was a responsive and friendly host, and the home had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay and feel at home.

The views of the lake were beautiful and so peaceful and private. The home was very comfortable and close to Cornell. Dominic gave great instructions - it was a lovely weekend.

Susan and Mick are amazing, accommodating and gracious hosts! There were so many things waiting for us upon arrival, from a bottle of local Riesling, cheese plate, baguette, cupcakes, and so much more. Their home is an oasis of calm, comfort and the yard is heavenly. They gave me a tour of the "neighborhood" and so much more. Their well-equipped home is stocked with anything you might need. The outdoors awaits with an abundance of wildlife and flowers! Our hosts had apples out in a bowl so we could feed the deer who wandered into the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. We truly hated to leave.

Will’s place was beautiful and very clean! The beds were also super comfortable. The back room with the windows was extremely cozy and we loved it, especially on the days when it rained. Will was very easy to reach and even dropped off cookies at one point, which was so thoughtful! The place is a quick ten minute drive to Cornell’s campus and is baby friendly (he has a high chair). Also, we accidentally left my coat and Will was kind enough to ship it. We had a great experience and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home in Ithaca! The location was perfect—just a short distance from the Cornell University campus, which made getting around super convenient. The house itself was even better than expected: beautifully furnished, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. One of the highlights for us was the fenced-in yard—our dog absolutely loved having the space to roam and play safely. It’s not always easy to find a truly dog-friendly place, but this one was perfect. Mary was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We stayed here for two nights while we attended a curling event hosted by the Finger Lakes Curling Club at the ice rink just down the road. The house was perfect for the four of us: two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. The house also included snacks (chips, chocolates, etc.) that were a welcome addition to its other amenities. Very happy with our stay!

My wife and I loved the place. Quiet, clean, and comfy - exactly what we were after. Jenn and Dean are great hosts, as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Martha's place. The eco friendly community was something I had not before been exposed to and I enjoyed it very much. Martha kindly showed me her vast food -growing gardens and the community greenhouse (thank you Martha🙂). I would definitely stay here again.

Rudy was wonderful! Very responsive to our needs traveling with a 2 year old. Made it easy to come and go. Brought us local bread to enjoy. The bedrooms are air conditioned and there was a fan to cool off the first floor. There was some nice seating outside in the porch with lovely flowers. You’re also such a close walk to a local coffee shop.

Clean home. Be prepared for the location to be just as advertised - out in the country.

Yuan’s 1 bedroom apartment was clean and bright. It gets a lot of light in the mornings. It had everything we needed, and check-in was easy. The location was great—just a short walk to downtown and the library.

First time in Ithica, and this was a great place to stay near downtown. We specifically wanted to be on the water, and this place delivered. Very cozy and comfortable house for our family. Looking to come back in the summer and bring our boat and take full advantage of the dock/lake.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt right at home there. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Wonderful stay at this lovely, serene house! Stayed 10 days to visit family and attend school reunion. Claire keeps the house uncluttered but with artful touches, healthy houseplants, fresh flowers, paintings, comfortable modern furniture mixed with a few well curated antiques. All of the drawers and closets were empty, so you could feel at home! Kitchen well-equipped. We loved being able to walk easily to the Commons and surrounding neighborhoods. The Cayuga Waterfront Trail and Farmer’s Market is a doable walk/easy drive. Would definitely stay again!

So thankful to find an affordable place to stay in Ithaca to meet up with college friends. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the AirBnB and the location was easily walkable from Cornell’s campus and Collegetown. Mike was amazing. He called on the day we were supposed to arrive as the temps had dramatically changed. He got window AC units installed in every bedroom and the living room before we got there. We appreciated that AC and his proactiveness as we finally had summer temps. Thank you for a great stay!
