Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Caylloma Province

We arrived with my family and we thought the house was beautiful, quite spacious, comfortable and private, ideal for large groups or families. Great location, close to downtown. Walking there is a very nice square, with shops, pharmacy and businesses nearby. Safe area, we were able to move around with peace of mind. And Silvia was always attentive and gave us good recommendations.

The location is great. In walking distance from most touristic attractions and many restaurants. The house is big and very nicely decorated. We wanted to have an authentic experience and we felt like we got one. The owners are very nice and responsive. They speak Spanish only but that was ok for us. What we didn't know is that the house is very cold inside in winter. Which is normal, but we didn't expect it to feel colder than outside. There is normally no heating, but we did get a small electric heater and slept all in one room to keep warm and got many blankets. Another important information is that the bathroom and kitchen are not inside the house so we had to go outside to get in the bathroom, which can be very inconvenient in winter in the night, but part of the experience:) We did get hot water in the limit of yhe water tank, so not enough for 5 consecutive showers. Also the floor didn't feel very clean so we avoided going around in socks.

My stay and that of my family was pleasant, the place was accessible, quiet. Yuliana's mom made us feel right at home.

We had a super good experience, the house is very comfortable and nice, each room has TV, and its own equipped bathroom. The house has a terrace with a very nice view. Ana's attention at the distance was always kind and timely, and Fabiola was very attentive and gave us immediate response to any questions or queries. They were very considerate of us and gave us flexibility when entering as to leave, we would definitely return.

Anita’s apartment was super well equipped with everything you could need. She was super welcoming and always very responsive with any requests we had. She went above and beyond to accommodate extra guests for us and make sure we were happy. The beds were super comfortable and the en suites were great. We even received a little souvenir. Would highly recommend this apartment to a big group looking for a nice space to relax a short distance from the city.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Apartment as described, clean with basic equipment. In the building are  more apartments for rent and large tarrace for shared use. 

The apartment is conveniently located, the only thing is that you have to be physically fit because it's 5 floors without an elevator 😅 But the view is very nice and the apartment is very complete Very comfortable, recommended

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable, organized, beautiful decor, the balcony has a very nice sunset view. Although the tours do not pick up directly at the door, there is a meeting point nearby, less than a 5-minute walk away.

Beautiful self contained apartment in the heart of Yanuhara. I liked it so much I stayed for an extra month. Peaceful, great host, and very close to Yanuhara's Mirador. Recommended!

A very, very great apartment in a perfect location. Communication was always very friendly and fast. We were able to store our luggage both on arrival and on departure. Josephyn explained everything to us and we felt very comfortable.

The apartment is as described, the area is safe and Carlos responds super quickly, I thank him very much for having given us access facilities before checking, it is a gesture that we will have present in future visits to Arequipa.

The pool and sauna is with prior reservation, the landlord solved it well, it is close to a shopping center, you can walk, quiet area, there is 24/7 surveillance, it gives you 2 towels. It is comfortable. It stays on the 10th floor but there is an elevator.

Leonardo’s apartment was very cosy and enjoyable for the two week stay. It had everything you could need to feel right at home. Leonardo was also a pleasure to deal with and was attentive to anything I asked for or needed. The place is about a 10-12 minute uber to the centre in normal traffic. The apartment also has multiple mini marts within a 1-5 minute walk from the gate. Lastly it’s in a gated community for those that are concerned about safety (it felt super safe and very family friendly)
