The house is pretty, just like the photographs. Willy is very friendly, we feel at home. I recommend the place!!

I made the reservation for my mother's stay with some friends (all of them older adults). Optimal and courteous communication was maintained for arrival at the location with clear directions. Regarding the environment, it was quite spacious and clean, according to the specifications detailed in the description. The location is quite close to the Plaza de Armas, which makes it easy to get around. Very grateful for the attention received and would definitely stay there again.

My stay and that of my family was pleasant, the place was accessible, quiet. Yuliana's mom made us feel right at home.

We had a super good experience, the house is very comfortable and nice, each room has TV, and its own equipped bathroom. The house has a terrace with a very nice view. Ana's attention at the distance was always kind and timely, and Fabiola was very attentive and gave us immediate response to any questions or queries. They were very considerate of us and gave us flexibility when entering as to leave, we would definitely return.

Very nice and helpful hosts. Apartment as described, clean with basic equipment. In the building are  more apartments for rent and large tarrace for shared use. 

A true haven of peace in the city! We loved our stay here: the welcome from Patricia and Barbara was warm, the house is large, clean, with a nice view and a beautiful little garden. It's a 15-minute walk to the central square (or just 5 minutes by taxi, for less than $2). You feel really good there! Our only regret: not having spent more than 2 nights there!

The apartment is conveniently located, the only thing is that you have to be physically fit because it's 5 floors without an elevator 😅 But the view is very nice and the apartment is very complete Very comfortable, recommended

If you're looking for a place to stay that makes you feel at home, very conveniently located, close to the airport, restaurants, clinic, Homecenter, faucets... this is probably the best place you can find in the city. It has everything you need so you can spend days without any shortage, a very fine touch in the decoration and equipment, and it is well worth what you pay for the stay. 100% recommended; excellent hosts, very good communication and always attentive. Would I come back? Absolutely!

A very, very great apartment in a perfect location. Communication was always very friendly and fast. We were able to store our luggage both on arrival and on departure. Josephyn explained everything to us and we felt very comfortable.

Leonardo’s apartment was very cosy and enjoyable for the two week stay. It had everything you could need to feel right at home. Leonardo was also a pleasure to deal with and was attentive to anything I asked for or needed. The place is about a 10-12 minute uber to the centre in normal traffic. The apartment also has multiple mini marts within a 1-5 minute walk from the gate. Lastly it’s in a gated community for those that are concerned about safety (it felt super safe and very family friendly)

Recommended accommodation for families , the place is very quiet , the apartment is very comfortable and the host is very friendly.
