Located 1 mile north of The Split by foot or bike, or a 5-10 min boat ride directly to the property! Kayaks, paddle boards, bikes & hammocks provided, plus an open-air rustic palapa kitchen with bbq for grilling up your catch of the day!

Best outdoor living! Peaceful Studio with ocean view on the reef side. Have coffee or a cocktail on the veranda with the Caribbean breeze while watching the turquoise water. This rental is not oceanfront, but you will have beachfront access through the hotel property next to us. Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

It is the only rental on the property in a very private and quiet neighborhood - only minutes (5) ride to town. There is a restaurant right across the way for breakfast and dinner. The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator for backup. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.
