A 1980s rustic house with two bedrooms, up to 6 guests. A double bed and two bunk beds. Large 18x8 m swimming pool exclusively for the house, lots of green parkland and impressive trees. It also has multiple games for children. The property is fully fenced, in addition to having shrubs and a wall towards the neighbors, which gives great privacy.

It is a quiet area where you can be inspired for any type of work. It is a fishing and nature area. There are supermarkets, dining rooms, a plaza and a hospital 5 minutes away by car. You can also do any type of sport since the place lends itself to it. We have 2 pools, 1 for children and adults. There is a game room and a volleyball net.
