The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. We do not accept extra guests, as the Condominium Agreement only allows a maximum of 6 people per apartment. It is well located, being close to Parque das Águas, about 350 meters away, as well as bars, restaurants and all the shops that will facilitate your stay. The building is family-friendly, offering 24-hour doorman, elevators, intercom, Wi-Fi in the apartment and common area, and an internal garden. See the network and password at the entrance.

Our Bungalows have been completely renovated to serve couples seeking comfort and privacy in the midst of nature. You can watch the sunset and starry nights while lying in bed or on the deck, with the relaxing sound of the Gamarra River in the background. The fauna and flora are vibrant, with common encounters with Toucans, Hummingbirds, Seriemas, Butterflies and others.

Located in Serra da Mantiqueira, between the Itatiaia National Park and the Serra do Papagaio State Park, the property is crossed by a river in a rural environment typical of southern Minas Gerais. Comfortable facilities, with 8 cottages (all with a double bed, a bunk bed, bathroom, fireplace, minibar and TV with satellite signal), swimming pool, sauna, game room and gourmet space for groups to prepare and serve their meals. We can accommodate groups of up to 32 guests.

Spacious apartment, great for families or groups. Very close to Parque das Águas (6-minute walk), a pizzeria on the corner and a supermarket on the same block. Close to restaurants and a craft fair less than 5 minutes away. Kitchen items - complete! Pots, dishes, etc. Bed and bath linens. Everything complete for the family! Enjoy the best of the water circuit with convenience and comfort! Note: There is no child safety net on the windows.

Farmhouse from 1881, with rustic accommodations in rooms, full kitchen with wood stove, leisure area with barbecue and swimming pool with natural water. It has 2 internal bathrooms and 1 external bathroom. Close to rivers and with an area suitable for ecological tours and rural tourism, as well as a natural pool. Close to the entrance of the upper part of Itatiaia National Park (about 25 km). We have an internet connection.

Chalet Recanto Cachoeirinha

Our chalet is next to the Eubiose waterfall and also very close to the most visited waterfalls with only 6 km you know 5 of them. We are 5 minutes from the City Center (3 km). For the holidays we only work with packages we ask to consult before requesting a reservation. We are only closing reservations for a minimum of 4 on weekends and 2 people during the week and a minimum of 2 nights.

Casa da Saracura: mountain and crystal clear waters

Perfect for a couple, a couple with children (up to 2, maximum) or for up to 4 people with privacy, as there is only one bathroom. 2-acre site, located at the foot of Serra da Mantiqueira, overlooking Serra do Mar. There is a lake, sauna, hot tub and a wonderful stream with crystal clear waters. Privacy, tranquility and special days!

Waterfall Cottage (with waterfall in the yard)

The location of our chalet is very good because, while you are immersed in nature next to several wells and natural pools (less than a 5-minute walk), you are also very close to the center of Carrancas (approximately a 10-minute drive). Our chalet is all in a rustic style, made with old tiles, adobe bricks and demolition materials.
