Ideal für Naturliebhaber & Romantiker. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen, Klettern und Baden. Achtung: Wegen Hanglage und steiler Treppen vermieten wir das Haus nur an Familien mit Kindern ab 8 Jahren. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Tipica casa rurale ticinese interamente in pietra, completamente ristrutturata. Arredata con semplicità per essere confortevole e accogliente. Situata a Dunzio, piccolo paesino all’inizio della Vallemaggia, raggiungibile tramite strada forestale ad una corsia, che costeggia la montagna soprastante il paese di Aurigeno.
