A differential for our climate is the bathroom with a ceiling-high shower, hot water in the faucets and in the kitchen. Liquid soap, toilet paper, and a full kitchen for meals. We provide the powder for a delicious coffee or tea☕️. Close to the market and pizzeria. Quiet, safe, about 5 min. from downtown.
