Thank you for an amazing stay, Marc! Your home is amazing, and it was the perfect weekend getaway to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. We had plenty of space for everyone and especially enjoyed hanging out on the upper level of the dock. We will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely beautiful!! My family of four stayed here for a weekend trip and we hated to leave! The house is just as Ezekiel has described it. My two kids loved playing outside especially on the two really cool tree swings they have. The house is very dog friendly and Ezekiel went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed. I definitely will be staying here again in the future!

This is a super cute, spacious spot that is conveniently located to our favorite Floyd shops and restaurants.

We truly enjoyed the our stay! The remodel was well thought out! It is appealing in look and functionality. It was in a nice location and made the time fly by. Conny is a kind and attentive host that kept us informed and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property! We would definitely come back!

Jennifer’s place is such a gem. If you like being on the lake and having all the toys and amenities already taken care of for you then this is your place. I have my own kayaks but it was nice to not to have to worry about bringing them. Kayaks for adults and kids, paddle boat, paddle board, beautiful deck, multiple ladders to get out after swimming. They have board games and a karaoke machine that was so fun. The porch was so nice and relaxing. Better than the pictures. You should stay here.

We had a really fun stay at Shaena’s home. The home was spacious, clean and has a lot of character. The surrounding area was beautiful with many close trails to enjoy. The home is a reasonable distance from Blacksburg while feeling more remote. Be prepared for how close the train is, that said if you like trains the view is really cool!

Chris' place was spacious and homey with a huge backyard and plenty of room for two families. Our young boys loved the big backyard and watching the horses across the road!

My friend and I had an incredible stay at Michelle's place! The cabin was exactly as described and had a lot of privacy. The surroundings were beautiful - the best part was the riding stables only a four minute drive away. Definitely go for a ride and stop by the petting zoo:) Look forward to staying in the future!

Perfect for dog lovers and lake lovers! I’ve rented various condos at Smith Mountain Lake and several different ones at Stripers Landing, but Shannon’s place is now my new favorite. With a great view, plenty of space and the option to bring the pup - it’s such a treat. Highly recommend.

I loved staying at Mariners Landing in this lovely condo. It was perfect for a peaceful couple of nights away in the "off season" though any season at Smith Mountain Lake is beautiful! I enjoyed the amenities including the indoor pool, game room, and beach area, and had a fabulous meal from Bruno's Clubhouse. The condo was beautifully decorated and I spent a lot of time on the lakefront balcony. Definitely recommend a stay here!

The highlight of this stay was the gorgeous beaverdam waterfall, but the cottage is also lovely - very charming and comfortable. You can tell that Beau has put a lot of thought into making the property welcoming, and when I had an issue with the wifi router, he and Leah were very quick to address the issue, even though it was late in the evening. My dogs and I did several wonderful hikes in the Washington and Jefferson National forest, and it was nice to be able to come back to such a comfortable and relaxing space afterwards.

Had a wonderful time with the family, Tammy was a great host! Very responsive and communicative. Definitely a better fit for older kids (the hills 🤣), but Tammy had ALL the essentials for babies to be accommodated and right at home! And the littles loved fishing too. It was an excellent spring break for us!

Literally the best sleep I’ve had at a place not my home, and I travel a lot! Already booked another stay. Home was immaculate and the view was breathtaking. Thank you again!!

Karen was very pleasant & quick to respond. We rented her home for our son’s wedding. She gave great recommendations & took care of a problem right upon arrival. The home was beautiful, we had plenty of space for our family & loved being able to bring our dog. The master bath floor & tub wasn’t the cleanest, I don’t blame that at all on the host, I’m sure it can be hard with cleaners managing a property. And the steps going upstairs weren’t swept. I didn’t want to bother her again, as she had already taken care of a problem for us earlier, so we just went with it, it wasn’t unbearable. Beds were comfy. Towels were nice, washcloths may need a little updating, but overall, it was what we needed & served its purpose.

They were amazing to work with. Had to find a place on short notice. They were great! Too our last minute reservation and gave us recommendations for the local area even with weather conditions not being the greatest!

What a beautiful house! Gina has so many extra personal touches added in the house. Furnishings were very tasteful and so clean. Felt like home & so much nicer than a hotel. Close to Radford, Blacksburg & restaurants.

Ive stayed at this wonderful home many times so I knew it was a treasure. However, the newest owner Gretchen really made this place even better. Clean, cozy, it has everything you need for a perfect moutain getaway. All the little touches and welcoming treats were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Can't wait to return!

Our family gathered there in the Forest/Lynchburg area for Thanksgiving this year. We found this property to be entirely suitable for our use in this way. The house is laid out well and we were able to enjoy our time together. Scott was very accommodating on anything that we needed and responsive when we had any questions. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying in this property again if we needed to gather in that area. Highly recommend this property to others whose group sizes are compatible with the house. Thanks so much for making us feel at home and for accommodating us while we were here.

Kelli's place was absolutely perfect for our party of four + dog! We were visiting for a wedding with many events throughout the week, frequently coming & going. Location was very convenient to downtown & just off the main road for us. We particularly appreciated that while the place felt homey, it wasn't overly full of decorations covering every surface, making you feel like your belongings are going to get easily lost. It was well equipped to cook at the place & we wanted for nothing! Kelli was extremely kind & accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and setting as described. The home is very well equipped. Megan was an excellent communicator. Very nice firepit and Adirondack chairs. Proximity and view to the lake was great. if you are a boater, like to fish and enjoy quiet lake life this is great.

We absolutely loved this place! I was on the way to Myrtle Beach with my children, and this was a great place to stop. A little off the beaten path, but kids need those experiences these days. I’m just sad we were only able to stay for a night. The place was immaculate and the game room was super cool. I didn’t get a lot of sleep because my teenagers were having so much fun. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Side note: there is a little barn store/gas station very nearby. Cash only and super friendly locals hanging out. Thank you for sharing your hidden gem with us!
