The Pod by the Pond is a beautiful little glamping pod located on the North Coast of Northern Ireland between Bushmills and Ballycastle. It is a short drive from the stunning Whitepark Bay, also close by are the world famous dark hedges, they are about a 10 minute drive. The pod itself has its own decking and garden area overlooking a pond. It has an outhouse with private bathroom facilities. It is located on the grounds of a guest house but it is very private and feels like a true escape.

Just want to say what a little gem of a place this is. We were traveling to the NW200 event in Coleraine and didn't want to stay close to the mayhem, just somewhere quiet and relaxing. From the lovely spacious and private apt, to the beautiful garden area with Gazebo, seating, heating and soft lighting, it was magic, a really lovely place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine in the moonlight. Weather was superb and got to enjoy our breakfast outside also. Jacqueline and Nigel were excellent hosts and as we were their first guests, we were really chuffed to find a welcome hamper on arrival containing some beautiful artisan foods from the local area. The apartment has everything you need for your time there. Our stay was only for 2 nights but would have loved to stay on longer. There is a beautiful woodland/river walking trail 2 mins walk away for anyone into the outdoors. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning again sometime very soon. Thank You, Anne and Chris

We absolutely loved our stay at Richard’s holiday house! After several noisy stays near Portrush town centre with tricky parking we were for staying in a quiet neighbourhood. Just a 20–25 minute walk to the beach, the area was family-friendly, with a big green space outside where our son played happily. The house is spacious, spotless, and modern, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Richard is a great host, friendly, responsive, and helpful. One of our best stays on the North Coast. We’re already planning to return!
