Vacation rentals with a patio in Caulonia Marina

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Außerdem hat Sie sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegebeb und war sehr sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in Allem das beste Airbnb in dem ich je war.

Die Baia del Sole ist ein Ruhepol in den Bergen von Zambrone. Das Appartment 4 bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einer großen Terrasse, von der man die Sonne wunderbar im Meer untergehen sehen kann. Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Ausgangslage zu vielen tollen Stränden und Ausflugszielen wie Pizzo oder Tropea (hier für gab es auch tolle Tipps vom Gastgeber). Jedoch muss man sich bewusst sein, dass man unbedingt auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, da weder das Meer, noch Restaurants oder Supermärkte fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr liebevoll und persönlich hergerichtet. Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage und empfehlen die Unterkunft unbedingt weiter!

Matteo è un host gentile ed affidabile. Attento ai dettagli, si è reso disponibile quando necessario. Alloggio nuovo in ottime condizioni. Lungomare e servizi raggiungibili a piedi. Ottima esperienza sotto tutto i punti di vista. Consigliatissimo

Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i funkcjonalnie urządzone – wszystko przemyślane tak, aby można było wygodnie rozpakować się i schować rzeczy do szaf, szuflad i półek. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, co bardzo ułatwia codzienne funkcjonowanie. Ogromnym atutem jest też przyjemny ogródek z pięknym widokiem na okoliczne zielone wzgórza – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę czy wieczorny relaks. Właściciele niezwykle mili i pomocni, zawsze dostępni i gotowi do wsparcia, jeśli tylko pojawiła się taka potrzeba. Zdecydowanie polecam – to jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w jakich zatrzymaliśmy się we Włoszech!

Gianluca was an excellent host!! He’s incredibly friendly, communicative and cared about our wellbeing during our stay. He’s very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. Unfortunately we couldn’t meet him during check in because we took a lot longer than planned to get to the accomodation, due to long distance driving. His apartment is within walking distance to the village but still very private and far from the noise. We felt right at home from day 1. We had breakfast outside every morning and it was so cozy and nice. Private and spacious parking was a plus. We loved every minute of it. Tropea is absolutely beautiful and I would love to come back. I highly recommend this apartment.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is so beautiful and peaceful, yet within super close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our host was extremely helpful, so generous, and even coordinated arranging transportations and excursions for us! The apartment itself was perfect for our group of 6. We would definitely come back and stay here again. It was a beautiful trip.

Loved our stay so much that we extended. Only thing that I guess I didnt realize before booking was that the main big bed is in the living room. (Other two twin beds in the bedroom). We were 2 adults 3 children and it was a bit tight but we were cozy. Also no wifi which I didnt look closely enough for, but other than that it was nice. Would book again.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

We stayed in Francesca's apartment for ten days. At first, we were unlucky with the weather, and it was cold (19 degrees), damp and mouldy inside. Once it warmed up, however, we loved the apartment. It is located in a large, quiet garden, which was very relaxing. However, occasionally the dogs would bark all night long. This was annoying for my friend who slept in the big room. The interior design is beautiful, and the apartment has a lot of charm. It would have been great to have a vacuum cleaner to clean in between. The kitchen could do with a little renovation. Vibo Valentia is a beautiful Italian city perched on a hill. I think we were the only tourists there! There are great restaurants and pizzerias. Estuvimos 8 días trabajando remoto y recorriendo por las mañanas Tropea, parando en lo de Dolores. La casa está muy bien equipada, con todo lo que a uno se le pueda ocurrir (y más) y ubicada en una zona excelente de Tropea. Cerca del mar y del centro, pero no en una zona de ruidos. Dolores es una persona muy atenta y hospitalaria que le gusta que sus huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Es muy lindo hablar con ella. La casa es la casa real de una persona con lo cual tiene alma y se siente como un hogar. Vivimos la full experience italiana. Lo recomiendo 100%

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. Marilena was a wonderful host – friendly, helpful, and always there if we needed anything. We honestly couldn’t find a

Villa Ulivo è stata per noi una bella sorpresa! Casa piccola ma con tutto e di più! Ottimo il giardino, la lavatrice e anche la lavastoviglie. Il top è stato avere AC nelle stanze, poi la possibilità di verdure freschissime dall'orto del padre di Enrico. E infine la compagnia di 2 simpatici cagnolini. Un posto che vale la pena di andare.

Doskonały apartament. Apartament jest niezwykle czysty, przestronny i świetnie wyposażony. Dwie łazienki są dużym udogodnieniem. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest idealna – blisko centrum miasta, co umożliwia łatwy dostęp do wszystkich atrakcji Tropei, a jednocześnie znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, co gwarantuje ciszę i relaks. Dodatkowym atutem jest zapewniony parking. Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania i z pewnością polecam go każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i dobrze położonego miejsca w Tropei. Gospodarz Marco jest świetny i bardzo pomocny. Dzięki jego wsparciu i wskazówkom nasz pobyt był jeszcze bardziej udany!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben alle Vorinformationen haben gepasst. Die Lage bzw. die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Man geht nur 3 Minuten. Da wir in der Spätsaison vor Ort waren, waren dort auch sehr wenige Leute bzw. nur Einheimische anwesend. Schade ist nur, dass sehr wenige Englisch sprechen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man super per Auto die Supermärkte und Restaurant besuchen. In Marina Davoli ist eine super Gelateria Con Gusto und in Braci & Galici kann man gut essen. Größere Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurant ist dann in Soverato. Die Unterkunft ist für Familie gut geeignet, da auch ein Kinderbett vorhanden ist. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Die Ankunft im Dorf war aufgrund der Fahrt nach oben bereits besonders. Die Auffahrt dauert ca 10min. und vermittelt einen ersten Eindruck über die Aussicht. Ein kleines Bergdorf mit viel Charm und sehr freundlichen Menschen. Es gibt eine Pizzeria und auch einen kleinen Einkaufsladen. Die Unterkunft ist ein sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist so idyllisch und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Wer Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig. Stefania und ihre Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und das auf eine um aufdringliche Art. Wir kommen gerne wieder….

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

Der Unterkunft war großartig. Der Garten und die Wohnung waren sehr gut gepflegt. Die Küche und das Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, der Strand ist wirklich in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber hat tolle Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Nur zu Empfehlen!
