Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Great place. The apartment is clean, with all necessary amenities. The balcony has a beautiful view of the lake. The apartment is very quiet as it is in a small alley away from the main roads. There is a comfortable desk for work if you need to work on your laptop. However, the WiFi is not very stable and the speed is low. Loved it. Will definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

The location of the homestay is particularly good, far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, just a one-minute walk from the intercontinental hotel, and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops and grocery stores around, which is very convenient, and we love the view along the lake.The house is beautiful, we had a wonderful Spring Festival here, the terrace on the top level was beautiful and unfortunately not available to enjoy.The host is welcoming, responsive, and grateful to meet

The place was open and cool, with fresh air, especially for a place that's near the center of the city. The house was clean and beautiful, with all the necessities. Our host was super nice 😊. Khánh is a nice guy and responded to my request very quickly and effectively. His place location is convenient for tourists to look around the famous spots of Honoi. We were a group if three people and the spacing were way beyond enough to us and it was very nice. A small drawback is that the toilet of the place is a bit small and there is a bit flooding issue after shower in the toilet. But overall it was a great experience and Khánh's place is a good one for tourists to explore Honoi

The host was very kind. The accommodation was very clean and nice. The location is right in front of Miding, and it was nice to have Starbucks, Highland Coffee, and restaurants in front of Maro. It was so pleasant and nice that you cleaned it every day. I want to stay again if I visit next time.
