Staying at this listing with my huge family was great! You can find many coffee shops in one block & enjoy people watching. There is also lots of street food & some shopping to do within a walkable distance. Very easy to book Grabs to get food delivered at any hour of the day & to go into the city. Quynh helped us arrange a late-night shuttle from the airport to the airbnb. This location has 7+ floors & has its own elevator. (that is not made clear in photos but it's great for easily bringing up luggage and accommodating older folks) Some of the tv's & their remotes weren't working but my family & I were enjoying the city that we didn't need it & told our hosts they didn't have to address it. Rooms were very spacious & had its own bathrooms. The shower will wet the floor & become slippery and dangerous so be sure to ask Trang for extra towels to put down. You put your trash on the pavement to be picked up by the way. We enjoyed this stay very much!!

A lovely experience. The hosts are friendly and allowed to have early check-in. The cat Olive is so lovely, friendly, and approachable. She actually came out to welcome us after we got to know her. The location is not in the older quarter but it's located on the main road, so you will have no problem grabbing a taxi to the center city or tourism sites for about 3 US dollars. BTW, the place is so quiet. I heard no chaos from the main street. I suppose around the place there is a foreigners' community, mostly Japanese, and you can find many authentic Japanese restaurants, Japanese supermarket, a Korean restaurant and an Indian one. AND one more thing to IELTS test takers: this place is within walking distance (10-15 minutes) to IDP Hanoi computer-based exam venue. Definitely recommend this place. 很美好的体验。主人友好，允许我们早入住。猫咪Olive非常可爱，友好，亲人。熟悉了之后她甚至去门口迎接我们。地点不在老城区，但是在主干道上，所以在主干道上打车去城区或旅游景点很方便，大概20人民币。并且，这里非常安静。听不见主干道上的吵闹声。我猜附近有外国人聚集区，所以有很多地道日料店，日本超市，还有一个韩国餐馆和印度餐馆。并且【雅思考生】注意：这地方离河内IDP电脑考试考场近，仅10-15分钟步行距离。推荐此地！

Thank you for giving me calm 5 days in Hanoi. The owner is quite friendly and thoutfll as she treated me as like her best friends. On top of that, she picked up me kindly despite night arrival like at 9pm. I appreciated her significantly.

The apartment is very cozy and more beautiful than in the picture, clean and very fragrant, located in a quiet, good security area with many convenient shops open 24/24. Host Dung is very supportive and friendly, she offers the best options for customers. I am satisfied with my stay here.

An apartment building next to Lang Lang and Dao Tan with a Japanese neighborhood. The apartment is very neat and the room looks newly renovated. The doorman is very friendly. It is very secure and nears an IC card to use the elevator.

This is the second time I have chosen Nghiem's place to stay when coming to Hanoi. Right now, while waiting for being taken to the airport, I'm writing a few lines of review for you. The location is nothing to complain about, it's too convenient to get around. The room with lake view is airy and romantic, allowing me to sit for hours on the balcony without getting bored. The apartment is tidy and clean, the host is enthusiastic and helps a lot. I will definitely come back next time.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place is cozy, clean, and exactly as described — a small but very comfortable studio. It had everything I needed, and the area itself is calm and pleasant. Great for relaxing after a busy day. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a bit far from the Old Town and main tourist spots, so you’ll need to plan for some travel time. But overall, I was very satisfied and would happily stay again!

decent place with a perfect location

Greenbay is beautifully maintained and very safe with lots of security. The apartment was clean and the host quickly responded to any messages. Highly recommend!
