I really liked the location and Bich Hanh was communicative and all the family was friendly. The room was a bit bigger than I expected based on the photos, which was a nice bonus!

I stayed very comfortably. If you go to Hanoi to heal to rest, calm down or to sleep like me, it's quite rcm. The host is cute too.

Their natural hospitality struck the perfect balance: I never felt obligated to socialize, yet their kindness and intuition made sharing their home effortless and enjoyable. Their thoughtfulness stood out in countless ways—carrying my heavy luggage up and down the stairs, treating me to local food and coffee, and always being available to chat (whether about Vietnamese culture, travel tips, or their own lives). The little details made all the difference! Other highlights: - *Prime location* in Ba Đình, with easy access to many attractions. - *Spotless, comfortable room* with strong AC - *Modern bathroom* with a relaxing hot tub. - *Adorable pet bunnies!* They’re shy but sweet and add to the home’s charm. Overall Ha’s home is clean, comfortable, and highly recommendable!

Nice appartment, looks just like the pictures. The host is super quick with replying and was very helpful. Keep in mind it’s not close to the center and it can be hard to book a grab from and to the place, especially in rush hour. But it’s in a decent neighborhood with lots of restaurants & it has a really nice view of the lake

Had a great stay

This accommodation was very good. The furniture was in better condition than I thought, and the outdoor barbecue was well-equipped. It is perfect for a large family or company team.

If you’re looking for a calm place with amazing view then this is the place for you. Only thing keep in mind is the location which is a bit far from Hanoi. Happy stay 😊

Our favorite villa to rent at Flamingo. Villa backs right in to the lake where you can fish which is a big plus. House assistant goes above and beyond of your needs with a simple SMS. A+++

If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

It was a great stay. Highly recommend we had a great time.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
