Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with the World! We absolutely loved staying here, from making amazing meals in the big spacious kitchen to a wonderful view every night before bed! Its exactly as it says on the description "It is your home away from Home"! From the Incredible weather to the picture perfect view everyday. This place really gave us the best possible experience!

This unit is part of a well-established and long-popular resort in a fabulous location within the central Berg. It's an excellent base to explore the many attractions this part of the world has to offer, but the resort also offers several amenities in its own right.

What a treat! Incredible location with amazing views. Can go for lovely walks on the Estate. Communication was great, check-in and check-out was straight forward. House exactly matches the description. Spacious, well equipped. Access to a communal swimming pool. Look forward to returning!

Pictures do not do justice to this absolutely stunning and incredible place. From the breathtaking views to the spectacular accomodation and warm reception of the hosts is what made our weekend a most memorable and exciting time. I highly recommend this beautiful homestead to anyone who is seeking to enjoy the splendor of nature in a stunning home with incredible views. We will most definitely be returning to this amazing place. I also want to place on record that we were a little late in checking out but our host was very accommodating. A very big thank you to our hosts.

Shiloh Cottage is a lovely cottage in a truly beautiful spot with amazing views. It’s very well laid out, with excellent communal space, two downstairs bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a huge master suite upstairs with bathroom and balcony. There is loads of storage and the photos don’t do it justice. In terms of what we needed, the communal inside and outside was great and the outdoor braai area fabulous. The WiFi was mostly decent except when there was a big storm that knocked all the local area out! It’s very accessible for lots of activities and hikes from Monks Cowl. Everything is about 10-20 minutes away. Easy access to supermarkets and local eating spots, we particularly liked Dragonview Lodge for the great view and amazing food! We cannot recommend this cottage highly enough!!!!

We had a lovely stay! The firewood provided was top quality and burnt for hours! The location was picturesque and peaceful. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Amacasa was and is a really spectacular place and really great for a restful time. The view of the mountains is just beautiful. The cottage is as described and a very homely home. Les made sure our stay was very comfortable and went out of her way. provided what we needed and more. The gardens are beautiful too. Quiet, private and very comfortable. Thank you Les.

Lovely getaway in the beautiful Drakensberg Mountains. Peaceful with a gorgeous view.

What a lovely property with great privacy. Very comfortable in a private community with beautiful views of the mountains. It would be nice if the hedges and plants in the back yard were a bit shorter so we could see the Mountain View’s more easily, but not a big deal. Thank you for hosting us so well.

Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The house looks exactly like the photos—beautiful and true to description. We made full use of the great amenities, including the pizza oven, braai, and hot tub. While the hot tub took a while to heat up, it stayed warm for the rest of the weekend and added a fun, unique touch to our experience. The house was spotless; the housekeeper clearly does a very thorough job. The views are stunning and ever-changing with the shifting cloud cover, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. We also loved exploring the area—it's perfect for cycling and running. For golf lovers, the nearby 9-hole course was a great option, especially if you're not up for the more challenging Champagne Sports course

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway! There is plenty of space for everyone to relax, enjoy, and spend quality time together. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the mountains was something special. The house was well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic escape with lots of room for family or friends, this is the spot. We’d definitely come back!

Jessica's place is really beautiful and perfectly located for a weekend out in the mountains. Nice hikes are nearby and all you need for a nice weekend available. Jessica is a great and helpful host. Would definitely stay at her place again.

Imke's place is a wonderful home with a warm personal feel. The stylish decor reflects a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with a wide variety of utensils and crockery to cater for every need. The mountain views from every room and the stoop are spectacular. Imke was the perfect host. She provided useful information and tips, was quick to respond in a helpful manner to our various requests, and checked regularly to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We celebrated a very special family event and Imke's home was the perfect fit. We will visit again.

Beautiful view from almost every room, inside is very modern , solar but also Eskom electricity on those rainy days made a big difference. What a brilliant find. Nyati House war so peaceful with the most beautiful views and close to amenities. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Mark was brilliant, friendly and very proactive.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and fresh on arrival. We appreciated the daily cleaning and Sylvia was extremely helpful. The position of the property was private but also gave easy access to the pool and tennis courts. We really enjoyed the amazing views. We also enjoyed the location as we could walk and enjoy the surrounding area. We will definitely return to this gem!

Zebra View lodge was very well designed and comfortably furnished. Cathkin Estate is a peaceful and private estate with an incredible view of the Drakensberg. Security at the gate were very friendly and helpful. Local amenities and the berg itself were all close. All in all, a wonderful long weekend with family that we hope to repeat.

Really amazing location and views (like it couldn't get much better). Kitchen is also well decked out. Overall we were impressed.

Linda is such an amazing host, she was so helpful and responsive to questions that we had for her. Her home is perfectly positioned in front of the most beautiful Drakensburg mountains. Last but not least her home is clean and beautiful, we will definitely be going back soon.
