the place is excellent. Not only it is safe but also it is located in the North of the City where the criminality is nil. The pictures portrait in the web site are exactly as it is. The building caretaker is eager to help with precise advice and accurate recommendations. The a/c works perfectly. I strongly recommend the location for a couple. I enjoyed it for two weeks.

Our stay was very good in the apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the area is close to everything, you can walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, parks, etc.

Pablo was very kind and helpful. Communication with him was fluid, the response was immediate and he solved everything we needed. The apartment matched the photos and description: it's new and spacious.

I was arriving at 5am and Daniel was super flexible with check-in times, which I appreciate a lot. The area is not noisy, the building is one of the tallest in the area so it has good views, it is a walking distance from the center. I rented it 3 days between lodging in hostels to get some rest and I was able to do it, internet works perfect, air conditioning too, everything needed is close but in less than 15 minutes you are in the city center. Daniel as a host takes almost nothing to respond and that's what made me decide for this place too. The price/quality ratio is very good in my opinion.

Excellent apartment with all services; the location is the best - you have everything going out - restaurants, bars, shops, information, downtown. The host was very kind and always attentive from before arrival to the end.

I want to start by mentioning and highlighting the service received, by Gustavo but even more by his Father, Neri!!! always very attentive to everything, whatever was within his reach and what wasn't too, really 10 points. The apartment is ideal for 2 people, well-equipped, extremely clean, in a quiet location and a few blocks from downtown. Also worth noting is that it has a covered and secure garage.

The accommodation is correct, it has everything you need for a stay. The area is quiet and safe. It is a 45-minute walk from downtown. At night we grab a slightly dark path. I don't know if all the streets will be like that. Karina is very attentive and helpful, she let us stay a little longer than the reservation time because they changed our flight, she recommended a driver and options near the place. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have cleaning supplies, which could be improved since there may be an accident that requires cleaning or to be able to leave it in good condition. However, Karina - due to our product requirement - I give us a sink, which helped us in that task. In general, this accommodation is highly recommended for both the amenities and the host's disposition. Thank you !
