The property is located opposite Kaiserswerth and 6.2 km from Meerbusch. Downtown to Düsseldorf is 19 km (24min), to Düsseldorf Airport 16Km (17min), to Messe Düsseldorf 15 km (20min). Ruhig located just off Rheindamm, the house surrounds a 10,000 sqm garden. The house itself, built in 1958, is two-story with about 370 square meters of living space. There are two spacious living rooms . The furnishing is modern classic. The house is suitable for families and trade fair visitors (companies).

Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit mehreren Herden ermöglicht eine bequeme selbst Verpflegung. Auf jeder Etage gibt es ein Badezimmer sowie ein separates WC. Für zusätzlichen Komfort gibt es Waschmaschinen, damit längere Aufenthalte problemlos möglich sind.

Amazing Villa, 5 min. fair/city

This amazing old villa was built around 1930 and was renovated shortly and is therefore equipped to the latest standards. It is in our private use and everything made with love and passion. It has 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms of 35, 25 and 14 sqm and a single room of 8 sqm), a large living room, a dining room, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms (15 sqm and 5 sqm) and a guest toilet. The garden is almost 1000 square meters. We are looking forward to our first AirBnB experience.

A 3 approx. 8 min., A 46 ca. 12 Min. S 28 -> Düsseldorf 3 Min. Walking distance - During the fair hours, the booking is desired for the entire duration of the trade fair time. Different prices apply during the fair. The prices are different during the fairtime.

Landhaus Vogelsang "Cozy Sunset"

The Vogelsang country house is an old vicarage from 1904. It was renovated in 2020. The guest rooms "Cozy Sunset" and "Green Forest" are located on the first floor. The hosts Thomas and Andrea Gademann live on the ground floor. Dinner is usually available at the property by arrangement. There is a weekly menu with correspondingly changing fresh dishes and changing prices (€12-17). Everything else can be requested by phone.

You will stay in a 32 m² room with a private bathroom (shower & bathtub), a kitchenette and a private balcony in a great villa from the 1930s. Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.
