Podem-se fazer passeios de bicicleta ou a pé pela reserva natural e ver todo o tipo de passáros, incluindo flamingos. As praias mais próximas (entre 5 a 10 minutos de distância de carro) são a Praia Verde, Praia do Cabeço, Altura e Monte Gordo.
