Bonito sitio y muy bueno para dos parejas xq cada uno tiene su habitación con cama grande y baño.Por poner un pero, la insonorización de las ventanas que se oía la música de la calle y el suelo de la habitación de arriba que se oye todo lo de abajo.Pero por lo demás piso muy bonito y grande.Ahh y la escalera no vale para personas mayores xq es muy inclinada.

Armando was a awesome host! I contacted him way before our arrival asking him all sorts of questions and always replied. The only downside to my experience was being delayed in Lisboa on our trip to the Alvarge as we could not locate our bus and had to take another one. I remembered being worried due to late arrival but he was still smiling and gave us a warmth reception around 1:20 AM on our arrival. Additionally, he had always being willing to help on anything needed on the apartment and if he did not know the answer to it, will get back to you with it. As he lives upstairs, there is not a worry if anything comes up regarding the apartment. It has an awesome location! About 8 minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to a grocery store or farmer's market, local restaurants and schools. New Year's celebration was awesome, right on the beach! This was my first time using AirBnB and it was really smooth and having an awesome host as Armando, makes things much easier. Thank you very much!

Everything was as described, and Ana was incredibly responsive and helpful. I felt at home immediately. The apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, and two grocery stores, it was easy to find a daily rhythm that felt comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Het appartement is comfortabel en heel proper, met een geparfumeerde geur. Het is gerenoveerd en heeft enkele grote pluspunten, maar er zijn ook nog kleine min punten. Sommige zijn dadelijk weg te nemen anderen iets moeilijker of niet. Zeer positief is de goede inloopdouche, het bed, de koelkast-diepvries, wasmachine, vaatwasser, microgolf, oven, warmwaterboiler, de uitrusting in het algemeen. Men kan er slapen met de ramen open Het tekort aan borden, glazen en bestek werd dadelijk aangevuld en het versleten droogrek dadelijk vervangen. Op elke vraag kregen we ogenblikkelijk reactie en werd het opgelost. Waar is er dan nog werk aan; de versleten keukenkasten en gootsteen, de versleten rolluiken, de geurhinder van de riolering bij bepaalde niet te achterhalen omstandigheden. Het terras heeft een zeer overdreven afwateringsniveau. Het zicht is beperkt door de volledig dichte afsluiting, heeft voor en nadelen. Beneden in het gebouw is er het restaurant Willem.

Excelente apartamento, muito bem equipado e localizado. Óptima varanda, com espaço para refeições e para relaxar. Gostámos imenso e pretendemos repetir.

Wir waren mit unseren Eltern (80) vor Ort. Da war der Fahrstuhl auf alle Fälle besonders hilfreich, besonders weil sich die Wohnung im 5. Stock befand. Toll war der große Balkon auf dem wir die Sonne genießen konnten. Die Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen 👍. Auch die Stockbetten in einem der Zimmer waren groß genug für Erwachsene… Man sollte sich nur einig sein, wer oben bzw. unter schlafen möchte ☺️. Die Wohnung besitzt einen zweiten kleinen Balkon, der in Richtung Innenhof geht und von beiden Schlafräumen erreicht werden kann. Die Lage ist Zentral in der zweiten Reihe und sehr ruhig. Um an den tollen Strand zu kommen, benötigt man etwas mehr als 5 Minuten 👍. Isabel war super schnell zu erreichen und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen und auch wieder buchen ❤️

This is a holiday home inside a gated compound. The home is on two levels and includes two outside terraces. The home is well equipped (most of the stuff looks new) and immaculately clean. The swimming pool is a few metres from the front door. It's unheated, but even in late October/early November I swam in it most days. I had a designated parking space for my car. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thanks to Paulo and Diana for hosting me.

Fiquei uma semana de férias com a minha família e foi impecável. O local é muito espaçoso, confortável, tem uma varanda muito boa para fazer as refeições ou simplesmente para ficar relaxando. Gostei bastante da localização, pertinho de tudo, inclusive da praia.

Apartamento bem perto da melhor praia do Algarve, mto bem equipado e assistência excecional. Vamos voltar

Perfect space for a short week break, nice area and nice accomodation. Lots provided making our stay easier and more enjoyable

We loved our Stay at Scott’s place. His apartment is spacious, clean and only 100 metres walk to the 1st resort swimming pool where you can eat decent food and delicious Algarve orange juice if you like. The resort itself is a nice place to be and all the staff were very helpful. The closest beach and other restaurants/bars are just a short walk away. Yes the bed is comfortable and big. Would come back!

✨ Coup de cœur absolu ! ✨ Dès notre arrivée, Agostinho, une personne très accueillante, aimable, nous a couverts d’attentions : panier de fruits, petites douceurs, mot personnalisé… un accueil royal comme jamais connu. L’appartement ? Une pépite. Spacieux, baigné de lumière, décoré avec un vrai sens du détail : chaque bougie parfumée – tout respire le soin et le bon goût. Propreté irréprochable, linge de lit qui sent divinement bon, et cette terrasse ! Se prélasser dans le Whirlpool en regardant le coucher de soleil, c’est le bonheur absolu. Il pense à tout : guides, recommandations de restos, astuces plages… Il reste disponible. Grâce à lui, nous avons découvert Tavira et ses plages de carte postales, toutes plus spectaculaires les unes que les autres. En résumé : un séjour 5 ★ qui nous a conquis du premier au dernier instant. Si vous cherchez une parenthèse enchantée, foncez : vous serez au cœur de tout et traité comme des invités d’honneur. Une chose est sûre : nous reviendrons

Cathy nous a accueilli à l’heure dite et bien expliqué les directives relatives au fonctionnement des appareils ménagers et à l’accès à la terrasse sur le toit qui est magnifique. Appartement haut-des-gamme , confortable et bien situé dans un secteur tranquille. Stationnement gratuit derrière l’appartement. Proximité des sites d’intérêt de Tavira. À ne pas manquer, un spectacle intime de Fado à Fado com Historia. Et en voiture, ça vaut la peine d’aller voir le hameau Cacela Velha riche en histoire. Et de là, la vue sur la ria Formosa est magnifique. Très agréable séjour début avril.

I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation. It was very clean, well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub enjoyed using the electric BBQ on the days we didn't eat out. The roof top terrace was very spacious and had lots of comfortable chairs etc. The host Rui and also Monica were very helpful and responsive when I had a question. Thank you to both of you, we had a very enjoyable stay and hope to return.n

Parfait ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. On se sent très bien dans le logement de Claudia. Il y a tout à proximité. L’accès aux infrastructures de l’hôtel est vraiment un plus !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean View Rooftop Paradise. A detailed welcome message at the start of our visit set us off to a great start! It contained all the information needed to enjoy the apartment and our stay in Tavira. The apartment is very spacious with enough activities to keep you entertained, great for Netflix users and fitness enthusiasts - yoga mats and stretch bands :-) ! The hot tub was a great addition - perfect for chilling out after a long day! The location of the apartment worked perfectly for us as it is only a short 5 minute drive to the main shops and the seafront. A very safe area for families and solo travellers. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a fabulous stay, rooftop used for quiet afternoon lunch/ relaxation Apartment is so clean and well maintained with all the basics and necessities which was so welcome when arriving after a flight. Near enough and far away enough from everything. When needed Ubers so cheap to get anywhere. Pool was clean and quiet. Was lovely to sit out and eat on balconies at front or back or up on the roof depending on heat /mood. Very highly recommended

Mi estancia en Casa do Livramento fue maravillosa. La casa está en medio de la naturaleza, lo que la hace muy tranquila y perfecta para desconectar, pero al mismo tiempo tiene buenas conexiones para moverse por la zona. Está limpia, bien cuidada y equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Lo mejor, sin duda, fue la hospitalidad de Alexandra. Es una persona encantadora, muy amable y atenta. Me hizo sentir bienvenida desde el primer momento y tuvo el bonito detalle de enseñarme algunos lugares preciosos de los alrededores, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Gracias por todo, Alexandra. ¡Espero volver algún día!
